Excellent hotel, very good meals, kind staff. The Spa good enough, but the outside swimming pool was very cold, the outside jacusi was very hot, and some of the features of the inside pool did not work ( the staff told us, maybee tomorow,but it was to late for us. )

The bathroom layout was crasy, because the shower and the toilet were not separeted. It is a very elegant hotel with the exclusive furnitures, room size, I do not understand this stupid and mainly uncomfortable solution in the bathroom.( if somebudy wants to use the toilet after me had a shower, water was everywere around the toilet.

The whole experience exceeded my expectations. It is a real proof that Bulgaria knows how to treat the tourists. The hotel is clean, silent and comfy. The rooms are big so they can easily host a family with kids. The attention to details can be seen al over the place. The staff is great, very helpful, polite and very discreet. The Restaurant offers high quality services, good and fresh products, covering all the demands of the tourists...from fresh fruits, salads, pizza, pasta made on spot, all type of meat plates, to cakes and ice cream. The SPA area is good size, it doesn't feel overcrowded even with all the rooms booked, it has large sauna area with different type of sauna. The outdoor pool is great and it was hot even if outside was snowing. I will come again!

The spa is definitely a big point of difference with thermal pools, saunas, etc.  The staff is very friendly and proactive. I asked them to help me with a birthday cake and they were very prompt, sorting it out the same day, including preparing a nice moment of service, a greeting card and a bottle of sparkling wine. A big plus for this part.

The area where the hotel is located. Unfortunately the bar was not open. Although in the room (TV area) there was information about the piano evenings, we were told that the bar is closed this season It would be great to have more coffee machines in two separate areas of the restaurant with better quality coffee. There is a huge difference between the coffee served at breakfast ( lower quality) and the coffee served at the hotel's beach bar (for a fee).

Very clean, studio room is large, bathroom is very nice. Bed is very confortable, food is very good. Outside Swimming polls are excellent. Air was a bit hot in the interior pool area. Outside terrace is beautiful.

Small detalis, food was not excellent. Some of the food was not very tasty, at 5 stars you would expect for example very good coffee in the morning - not the case, or very good fruit juices, fresh - not the case. 30 leva for lunch is way too much, for Bulgaria. There is not much food variety from one day to another.

Top accommodation and SPA. The food is delicious served on a buffet.Great quality and friendly staff. The outdoor hot pool is my favorite.

The buffet was really good. Big variety and proper quality. The room was very spacious, nice big bed and comfortable mattress. We had a sea-view room.

The spa experience did not fully meet my expectations. We went on a Friday afternoon and we managed to take some of the last available lounge chairs, which were too close to each other and right at the edge of the swimming pool. No control over where the kids would go. Even though there was a kids pool, the kids were jumping into the main pool, going into the saunas and jacuzzi. And these were kids under 12/14 years old

Wonderful hotel positioned right on the beach. Very nice staff always ready to help. The food is incredibly delicious. There is also a beach bar with a life-saving cold beer in the hot weather. 😁 I will visit again this summer for sure.

We loved the location, the room &pool, the spa facilitiesl , the beach was a really pleasure....silent and very clean

We used the pools and we had a first day very good but unfortunately our child took a gastro virus or bacteria, and the last 3 days were not so good ; the hotel Staff was great and really suportive for us by cleaning the room very fast, they offered diet food for the child even if they did not had it în the menu....this can be a recomandation for the hotel...to include more child diet related food în the menu :) with so many kids în the location, the risk of viruses&bacterias increase a lot

The hotel is very nice & clean with a pleasant design. The room had a decent size & was clean and well equipped with a nice view to the pool and the sea. Flawless wifi connection. Friendly staff. Designated staff for entertaining children. The private beach is spacious enough, soft sand, no pebbles or rocks. The food & the thermal pools make this hotel outstanding. A great variety of meals are available for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Everything was very tasty from the selection of cheese to the main dishes and desserts. 2 outdoor pools (+ additional pool for kids) each with its own temperature + 1 large indoor pool (also with a children area) give you plenty of options if the sea is cold or if swimming in the sea is forbidden because of waves.

The resort/village itself is a combination of new hotels with a modern design and a ghost town with old, deteriorated buildings. Luckily the beach is just across the hotel and a supermarket is available in a walking distance.

The best buffet I've seen - the variety was exceptional and the quality was pretty good. The SPA facilities and the pools were really good. The staff were helpful. They offered a lot of entertainment for the kids - cinema and dancing every night, magician's show, etc.
