Location is good, near to subway station and night market which we visited every evening. Daily breakfast was good value with some variations every day. Front desk staff are friendly and very happy to assist with our queries.

The big bread toaster was spoilt for a few days; while a smaller toaster was provided in the interim, it took longer to toast my bread.

The hotel provides a pleasant experience overall. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the essential amenities. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transport.

We had elderly parents and a toddler with us and requested a 30-minute extension beyond the checkout time, but it was not granted due to full booking. As a result, we were unable to try the vegetarian buffet. We definitely want to try it next time

The hotel was centrally located near the Kaohsiung Main Station and the Formosa Blvd stop on their local transit system. We had a quadruple room that was spacious and has a separate rooms for toilet and shower/tub. The room's amenities include a mini bar with snacks and coffee and tea packets. It serves a nice buffet breakfast for all guests.

While the separate rooms for toilet and shower were nice, it would have been nice to have the doors go all the way to the ceiling. You can hear everything from those rooms.

new very clean room. even with a small table with chinese tea set and 2 chairs, as well as a small sofa with working table. concierge was very friendly and helpful. breakfast was a very good spread and variety (even with ice cream?!). Location is mid-way between Kaohsiung main station and Formosa Boulevard station. walkable to LiouHe night market and Nanhua night market.

lift lobby on room floor a bit dark due to chosen decor. the power plug recessed in one corner of the front table seems to be angled awkwardly for large power adaptors.

Very close to liuhe night market. Laundry room available with free washing machine and washing powder. Breakfast spread was good.

Dryer took forever to dry clothes and was payable (twd10 for 10 minutes), but clothes were not dry even after 50 minutes. And electricity cuts off at 11pm even after you have slotted money into dryer. Only 2 lifts serve room guests, so took a while during peak hours.

Food item like eggs can be cooked upon request. Some items should use less oil, and salt. Some staffs were chatting openly in front of food. Room might have attracted flying insects and precaution should be taken. Good toilet carpet should be prepared for usage of toilets.

Location is awesome, within walk to liuhe night market and another night market, fomosa station. 711, KFC, mac, mos burger all within 5 mins walk from the hotel. Room space is more than spacious for a family of 4. Breakfast for us is more than sufficient with western and Taiwanese option.

Friendly and efficient staff at reception, spacious and clean room, nicely designed and with a comfortable sitting area. Location next to Kaohsiung train station and all facilities like metro, restaurants and shops.

Not much. The power sockets at the bed are of no use but the reception provided a solution with a tiny plug to bypass the lack of space there is there. The breakfast place if overcrowded, noisy, messy like most big buffet places. Except Taiwanese/Asian food, very few options. Better to be avoided.

The property is really as shown on the website and the ambience is fantastic. As indicated as 4 star hotel with the good food ( breakfast ). Timing is just nice until 10am

I felt the self service laundry area washing machines are not enough for the guests to use as there are only 3 machines and the one guest can occupy 2 washing machines .

Nice location (five minute walk to Formosa Boulevard Metro Station and local Night Market). Spacious room, comfortable beds with good bathroom. Ample breakfast with nice selection of both Western and Asian food. Cafe in the foyer of the hotel.

Nothing that we didn't like.
