The location was perfect, just a 20 minute walk from the train-station, and so much to see nearby. The hotel has many quirky, creative, and enjoyable design elements, and was a great base from which to explore Hamburg.

1. Shower water pressure was quite weak. 2. Shower was quite small. 3. Bathroom sink did not drain properly, even after I mentioned this problem to the maid and the front-desk.

Great location close to the Hafencity dock area. Plenty to see and do. Nice restaurants close by and many of the city's attractions within easy walking distance. 15 minutes to the centre of town. Unusually decorated hotel room - quite quirky and nautical. Didn't have the breakfast or try the restaurant. Plenty of options just around the corner.

Room looked out over 3-4 levels of apartments so not much to see and we felt like we were spying on everyone.

Everything was beyond our expectations. First of all they changed the type of our room with no extra cost. The room was spotless, shower was perfect with hot water, safe and central location which was 10 mins of walking distance to the landmarks of the city and last but not least the STAFF. They were the best I've ever encountered especially the girl with glasses was so friendly and helpful to us, handled every requests of mine related to the billing for my company. The hotel was full of details which made us feel like home. From now, I'll search for 25hours in any of my future trips at the first place.

The location is superb, in the middle of Hafen City with no more than a 10 minutes walk to the different appointments, receptions and parties I had. It is an advantage that the building construction opposite of the Hotel at Überseeallee now seems to be taking place inside and no longer outside. It gives more peace in the early (for me early...) morning hours. The Crew at the reception - and that I experience every time again when I stay at the 25 Hours Hotel - is very friendly and offers assistance and help where requested. I definitely recommend a stay at the 25 Hours Hotel

It is in a much more stylish and safe place than other neighborhoods of the city. The design of the hotel, the size and cleanliness of the rooms are flawless. The staff is friendly.

The hotel's entertainment facilities are less than other 25hours locations, but the record room is a great idea. I wish a little more attention was paid to the records

My favorite european network- this time i discovered Hamburg. A bit confusing when two hotels of the same name (but different room-capacity and format, although concept stays recognizable in whatever 25H) are 200m from each other, but still both are peals of Hafencity: Hafencity has more rooms and facilities within, while the other one has Neni-restaurant, bar that works till 2am (not an easy thing to find) and is a but more “boutique”).

Its stylish decoration impressed me on my first arrival. The location is great. Uberseetier Station (U4 line) is just a few minutes' walk. Tourist attractions like Elbharmonie, Maritime Museum and warehouse blocks are close by. Neighboring large-scale property development is seen near completion stage. It will become more lively and prosperous.

The room was very pleasant though a little tight. The bunk beds were large and very comfortable. The inclusion of a minibar (complimentary) was a great touch as was the sauna (also complimentary) Access to the carpark directly to/from the hotel was really useful. The location was central to all we wanted on this trip Great choice for breakfast in a slightly dark but atmospheric restaurant

The carpark was pricey (flat fee for our stay 28euro) The grace period after validating carpark ticket in the hotel was only 15mins - a little tight

We traveled with our two young children. Unfortunately, there were no adjoining rooms available but we were given neighboring rooms, and we had one adult in the room with each child. We were surprised to find that there is a small playground behind the hotel, enclosed in a courtyard with some high-end apartments. There is a sandbox and two small slides, plus some sand toys left by the neighborhood children. There is also a foosball (Kicker) table on the first floor, and a vintage video game system. The restaurant, Heimat, had excellent food and very kind staff. It gets booked up so it’s best to make a reservation, though we were lucky when walking in early (17:45 for dinner).

We did not try the breakfast because 24€ seemed excessive to me. We had a nice breakfast at the nearby Cafe Gautioes for about half of that - they have terrific local bread, too. And it would have been great to have connecting rooms, but it worked ok without.

Located in the Hafencity very close to many companies, as well as interesting sites of Hamburg (e.g. the International Maritime Museum). The room was quite spacious and very interestingly decorated. Mini bar is complimentary (with a couple of bottles of water, a couple of bottles of local beer, two chocolate bars and a bag of chips).

Perhaps the interior design of the room, although very nice, it’s a bit too busy for a business traveller, who needs to relax after a long day of meetings or concentrate to do some work.
