Excellent room with fantastic decor, including a custom-designed wallpaper that had its own catalogue to show you the cultural significance of its features. There was a vinyl room where you could play music, hangout spaces including vintage typewriters and old skool Nintendo 64. The breakfast was good. The elevator decor was like the inside of the cargo hold of a ship. Fascinating attention to detail if you know your ship history.

I was confused about how to use the sauna and the changing space etc. was not separated by gender; I didn't feel clear on the norms when I checked in or through the ample literature in the hotel room. Our hotel room was next door to the not-sound-insulated elevators which began running with customers from 6 am and it was REALLY NOISY.

I stay here quite often. It’s not a typical business hotel but more of a trendy traveler spot in HafenCity. The hotel has its own restaurant with excellent staff, great food, and a relaxed atmosphere — perfect if you’d rather stay in than head out into the city. Despite the hotel’s international feel, it’s surprisingly hard to meet people here. There isn’t really a common space designed for socializing, which feels like a missed opportunity. The rooms are comparatively large, especially for the price. A nice touch is the Bluetooth speakers so you can play your own playlists. The neighborhood consists mostly of modern new-build apartments. Many residents don’t bother closing their curtains, so you often get a glimpse of people going about their lives — a bit unusual.

The bed wasn’t comfortable, and I don’t know why. But perhaps it was just me.

Probably the coolest hotel I have ever been to! Cool decoration, nice store at the reception, super helpful and kind staff, room was clean, spacious and comfortable, amazing location, very close to main attractions!

To not say I don’t have any improvement points, the lighting for the mirror in the bathroom was too dark. I had a wedding to attend and it was difficult to get make up done there. Also no mirrors close to the windows. But honestly, this is minor compared to the overall experience.

The location was perfect, just a 20 minute walk from the train-station, and so much to see nearby. The hotel has many quirky, creative, and enjoyable design elements, and was a great base from which to explore Hamburg.

1. Shower water pressure was quite weak. 2. Shower was quite small. 3. Bathroom sink did not drain properly, even after I mentioned this problem to the maid and the front-desk.

Great location close to the Hafencity dock area. Plenty to see and do. Nice restaurants close by and many of the city's attractions within easy walking distance. 15 minutes to the centre of town. Unusually decorated hotel room - quite quirky and nautical. Didn't have the breakfast or try the restaurant. Plenty of options just around the corner.

Room looked out over 3-4 levels of apartments so not much to see and we felt like we were spying on everyone.

It is in a much more stylish and safe place than other neighborhoods of the city. The design of the hotel, the size and cleanliness of the rooms are flawless. The staff is friendly.

The hotel's entertainment facilities are less than other 25hours locations, but the record room is a great idea. I wish a little more attention was paid to the records

Everything was beyond our expectations. First of all they changed the type of our room with no extra cost. The room was spotless, shower was perfect with hot water, safe and central location which was 10 mins of walking distance to the landmarks of the city and last but not least the STAFF. They were the best I've ever encountered especially the girl with glasses was so friendly and helpful to us, handled every requests of mine related to the billing for my company. The hotel was full of details which made us feel like home. From now, I'll search for 25hours in any of my future trips at the first place.

The location is superb, in the middle of Hafen City with no more than a 10 minutes walk to the different appointments, receptions and parties I had. It is an advantage that the building construction opposite of the Hotel at Überseeallee now seems to be taking place inside and no longer outside. It gives more peace in the early (for me early...) morning hours. The Crew at the reception - and that I experience every time again when I stay at the 25 Hours Hotel - is very friendly and offers assistance and help where requested. I definitely recommend a stay at the 25 Hours Hotel

My favorite european network- this time i discovered Hamburg. A bit confusing when two hotels of the same name (but different room-capacity and format, although concept stays recognizable in whatever 25H) are 200m from each other, but still both are peals of Hafencity: Hafencity has more rooms and facilities within, while the other one has Neni-restaurant, bar that works till 2am (not an easy thing to find) and is a but more “boutique”).

Its stylish decoration impressed me on my first arrival. The location is great. Uberseetier Station (U4 line) is just a few minutes' walk. Tourist attractions like Elbharmonie, Maritime Museum and warehouse blocks are close by. Neighboring large-scale property development is seen near completion stage. It will become more lively and prosperous.
