My single studio was practical, clean, tidy and comfortable. The little kitchen corner was right for my purposes to make a cup of coffee, heat something in the microwave and keep a few essentials in the fridge. The location was ideal for things to do on the south side like the Burrell Collection, House for an Art Lover. Lovely parks around. Easy access to the city via bus and train and motorways if travelling further afield by car.

There was nothing I really didn't like. I would just say access to the studio is by two steep staircases. This is fine but could be difficult if luggage is heavy.

Loved it. Nice and big, comfortable beds, kitchen was kitted out with everything needed kettle, toaster, toastie maker, air-fryer, washing machine, dishwasher, Fridge Freezer and extra freezer. There was extra bedding available which came in handy as we were stuck in because of the RED weather warning, easy access into building, good communication. Wifi available and good signal, lovely big shower, towels provided. Lots of original features.

Car parking is a little tight but there is road side parking right outside. There wasn't anything to clean with (end of stay clean including in price) but could do with a dust pan and brush. Needs a little bit of love but overall we were very happy with our stay.

The room was clean, well maintained and had the facilities needed for basic catering. The shower was good. It was easy to park and close to the main road network of south Glasgow

The mattress was tired, and the nearest railway stations were some distance away, as were pubs and restaurants, but there is a frequent bus service which passes Pollokshaws West station and goes on to Shawlands. The entrance and steps to the rooms were difficult to negotiate and very steep respectively.

This place was INCREDIBLE! Old house with elegant crown molding features and woodwork. It's maybe a little rundown but has a lot of character. I couldn't believe the amount of shear space we got, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, and living room for $111 That is just insane. I couldn't believe it. And it you cross the street and go through the park, it leads directly to a nice little bakery. Humble prices on their pastries, not overpriced like in the bigger cities. Overall a fantastic stay, this was the highlight of our journey.

There was nothing I didn't like

The room was warm enough. The bed was comfortable and clean. Overall the space was clean, tidy and modern. I was happy to find a hairdryer and shower gel provided. There were three parking spaces at the property and we managed to get parked there ok. It's about a 10 min walk from pollockshaws west train station. I would happily stay here again.

The staircase leading up to the rooms could have done with a hoover or carpet clean and just a general spruce up to look more inviting as the first impression but the room beyond was lovely. I think perhaps the guests before had used some cutlery but not washed it properly before putting it back in the cupboard and this hadn't been checked.

The accommodation was stunning. My children walked round saying "wow" in every room. It was clean, comfortable and huge. I will definitely book again if I have another celebration in the area. Old house so I kept the light on all might in case there were any "visitors: 👻😲😂 Extremely reasonably priced considering the location

The bathroom was on a different level, which isn't the end of the world but I would have preferred if everything was on the same level. 10 am departure is a bit early!!

We liked the cleanliness of the room, the fact that it was equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchenette was minimally equipped, but enough to prepare a decent breakfast or dinner, we also had an electric heater and table and iron. We liked it and felt comfortable

We didn't like the entrance to the rooms, it was like a back door, like a back entrance, although the rooms were very clean and comfortable .

Fully equipped kitchen area was very handy. Small table for breakfast was very nice next to the large window and a large comfy bed. Also close to a great pub/restaurant..

Steep stairs leading to room but only an issue if you have any physical restrictions.

I chose this accommodation for the location as it was easy to get to where I was visiting. I slept well on the firm mattress. I had a view from the window out to the garden. Any questions I did ask were answered promptly on email by the host.

The internal stairs to the rooms were really steep and tricky to negotiate, especially when carrying luggage. Although the room had everything in it I required, it was a lot smaller than I expected. Compact and bijoux is how I would describe it! I could hear all the other guests in their rooms - even if they were just talking.

It was a lovely building and great to have the whole place to ourselves. Being able to do laundry was great, and the garden was big enough for our sons to play football. The rooms were very big too.

We couldn't get signal from the wifi on the first night, which not only meant we had to use our own data on our devices,but we also couldn't use the tv. However it was sorted by staff the next day. There was also quite a lot of rubbish out the back area which, if our children were younger, could've been quite dangerous. There were also rats spotted by the bins at night
