Stylish and comfortable room. right next to my beloved Campo de' Fiori, I could not ask for more. It was a short stay but the walking distance from any major attraction and most famous spots in the center of Rome, made it possible for us to enjoy every second of it. The two gentlemen running this gem of a Bed and Breakfast really care for their guests and are passionate about providing great hospitality. From detailed instructions for a smooth check-in to best advices on where to eat (yes, we loved your favorite trattoria), they make sure you feel welcomed from the beginning. The room is very nice and bed very comfortable. This was a great find and good value for money. I will certainly go back when traveling to Rome. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this town house for 5 nights after a bad experience with another hotel we had booked and were desperate for another place to stay. This saved our trip! The room was immaculate, spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing base away from the busy atmosphere of Rome. The location was perfect as all attractions are within walking distance and the town house is located on a lively street 2 minutes away from campo Di fiori piazza. The cleaners and owner were very friendly and accommodated us with minor requests and the communication was brilliant.

Convenient location, comfortable room, nice shower (good pressure, lots of hot water). Very kind host, who offered lots of suggestions for off the beaten path restaurants and activities. Was able to let us in the room early, knowing we had early entry for the Vatican Museum. I was traveling with my sister in law and we were accommodated with two single beds! The hotel is well located for walking to the major sites.

All was fine for our needs. Have no complaints or issues.

Friendly staff that gave sound advice on food, activities etc. Nice room, good daily clean. Great location, walked everywhere (Trevi, Vatican, Colosseum, Trastevere...). Elevator, so no shuffling suitcase up the stairs.

Mattress bit firm to my liking, but managed to sleep OK, more of a personal preference. Sound travels well from the lobby to the room as the door is adjacent to the front desk. Few rooms, and as such little activity, so not a big deal to fret about.

This property was in the ideal location for what we were looking for on our vacation. Walkable to everything but also not too in the center of the very touristy things. There was amazing food nearby and the host offered an amazing Google list of places to go that were less touristy and more local. We followed their list for coffee, drink spots and some food and every place we went was great. Also, the AC worked phenomenally which is a big bonus for us.

The location is awesome, you can get anywhere on foot. The room is clean, there is air conditioning and the bathroom is big. The staff is really helpful, the recommendation for restaurants was great! The keyless access to the building and the apartment was amazing.

The window in the apartment was tiny, so there was very little light inside. There could have been slightly more clothes hangers in the wardrobe.

The room was comfortable, the size was spacious. We could check in early which was great. It was explained that the reception would not be manned which was for us no problem. Its not really a hotel as such, but again for us OK. The breakfast was in a bar close by, 1 item, 1 Coffee. The location was exceptional, everything at walking distance. It is busy with the market around the corner yet your super central in a city of millions, so this is expected.

I do have to say for value for money I was expecting a bit more, we paid over 200 euro's a night and for this money I was expecting a bit more, like the bathroom, there was barely water pressure, the system to hang the shower head was not functioning properly. Cleaning was not great, had to buy own toilet paper which was not replenished and the floor was not clean. No complementary water. This could be improved somewhat. The bed was not my style in terms of hardness but thats personal.

Super nice place with exquisite host. Francesco gave us tips on where to go and supported us when we had questions . The location is right at Campo de Fiori, which makes it perfect for walks to most of the sightseeing places. A lot of shops and restaurants close by. The rooms are very pretty. Thank you for this nice experience!

The street was quite loud at night because of the weekend and all the close restaurants, bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper ;)

This place is amazing - it dominates the world of Air B&Bs, they’re not only on a different level than most, they exist on a different planet entirely. Location: excellent Host: superb Communication: could not have been better! Accommodation: outstanding, very clean & safe You’ll be in the hustle and bustle of the Campo De Fiori which is a great hub during the day with its market and various stalls, many restaurants and cafes and great entertainment during the evening; however, as soon as you step foot into the accommodation, you’ll hear none of it. My room was very aesthetically pleasing (as was the entrance), very clean and had everything from shoe polish to paper tissues, a generous selection of drinks (hot and cold, water was free), and excellent provision of toiletries (seriously, anything you can think of, from shower caps and make-up remover towels, dental/shaving kit to bath sponge, shampoo/body wash and body lotion (they all smell amazing btw). A/C: worked great during the heat wave Bed: very comfortable Safe: available in the room Housekeeping: provided (very friendly, btw) Elevator: quick, no need to haul your luggage up the stairs Francesco provided great recommendations regarding the area/food etc. I’d absolutely love to stay here again!

The place is a pearl in the midlle of old town, in old building with high wooden ceilings, hight windows which gives magnificent vibes. Location - perfect! Walking distance to all attractions. Francesco, the host, always responded fast and informative about all what we needed to have a good time in Rome 🙂.
