Considering the minimal cost to stay for seven nights, my expectations were not very high. However, i was very suprised and impressed with our apartment and the service we received . I would stay there again. Bedrooms good size, kitchen nice and big with everything we needed, had an ensuite. It was tidy. Close to eating places. Warren was very nice and hospitable.

No big deal, but needed body wash, shampoo, washing powder. We thought it was supplied and ended up going without for the first couple days. There was one little bar of soap supplied. Dont believe it is stated anywhere, but maybe i missed it.

The location is great. Short stroll to everything you need and the beach. Murray was very welcoming and helpful. The pool is clean and open til late which is nice. It’s a comfortable stay for adults with or without older children.

The apartment was “clean” but when you travel with a one year old you get down on their level and really see that the apartment was not actually clean. The vents are full of dust and grime. The floors grout is black when once was light grey. The fans are full of dust and the sliding doors as well. I think we left the place cleaner than when we arrived. If you can’t do stairs ask for lower level apartment.

good location, close to many amazing restaurants and ideally located to the Broadwater, surfers paradise and the theme parks (10 min drive either way) free underground parking was a bonus! Apartment was a good size for a family of 4. Kids enjoyed the pool/spa area.

Only fault was the dirty carpets in the stairwells. absorbed all the smells from adjoining apartments and with the heat/humidity smelled funky. Our room backed onto the main road so could be a bit noisy/light during the night. Beds a bit hard!

All facilities were good and clean great pool close to water and restaurants room was a very good size and facilities in the room good plus the water pressure in the shower was great Overall a good family holiday totally recommend

Not enough kitchen utensils

We got good value here. Pool. Spa. Lovely host. The apartment had everything needed.

The 3rd floor is a little hard due to the steps. The apartment isn't new though the price reflected that. The bed mattresses were hard.

Central to Southport Australia fair and Harbour Town with Charis seafood in between. Broadwater is not really a swimming beach as it is more a mooring place and fishing, but enough to get the kids wet while having a bbq by the park. 🙏

I liked that they had washing powder there for you and hand wash in the kitchen as well as the dishwasher products. Friendly owner.

Stairs but I didn’t think about stairs when booking, otherwise would have checked for lower floor

Murray was very helpful when locating a Chopping board for the kitchen. The Sea view from our balcony was a bonus!

The wifi was patchy at best, very slow when it was working, ended up using mobile data for most of the stay

Having places to eat within a short walking distance was a bonus. Being so close to the water was great for early morning walks. Nice sunny position of the apartment.

Smokers in the apartment directly below. Constant wafting of cigarette smell, couldn't keep balcony doors open.

Great little appartments, spacious for a family holiday. Close to great restaurant and close to surfers paradise.
