The property was amazing and clean.

The road that leads to the Hotel is very rough. It’s a short road but drivers do not enjoy picking me up or dropping my at the door if the hotel. Sometimes they refuse to go down the road

- quick replies communicating via mail - reliable shuttle service from airport, got the driver's number, he called as soon as I was going through immigration - very friendly and competent staff always prepared to help from the drivers, the guards, the reception, the restaurant and the house keeping - very spacious standard room - very clean - hotel safe functioning - functioning shower, good pressure, warm water at any time, best bathroom experience so far in Addis - NO LEAKAGE - I was in 2 diffrent rooms on 4th and 7th floor - good bargain for the price, very good, clean and modern accommodation - also good enough restaurant, if you want to eat at the hotel, small menue with a selection of European and Ethiopian dishes -I enjoyed my stay very much, thank you to the staff!

- there is noise from the neighbourhood during the nights, dogs barking - but I have had this problem everywhere in Addis during my mulitiple visits

In general our stay at the Hayes was memorable. From the clean room, the free breakfast to the awesome staff. It was beyond my expectation. We where treated like royalty. I definitely will make my stay at the Hayes whenever I'm in Addis. Nestled in a quiet location makes it a gem. K&T

To be honest there was nothing NOT to like.

I stayed 9 nights in this quiet new hotel Hayes. I was very impressed from the hotel. The airport pickup was on time at midnight. The staff is always friendly and ready to help you with any question. You can change money at the reception or use an atm nearby. The location is good, by taxi you can go around easily. Area around the hotel in Hayahulet feels safe. The restaurant is open 24/7 and is very good. Breakfast was very nice aswell, I didn`t miss anything. Room was cleaned nicely every day. I stayed in many hotels in Addis and this one I can recommend without doubt.

In comparison to the price, there is not a single issue.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it was well insulated for those chilly Addis Ababa nights. On the colder nights, I requested an extra comforter, and it was brought to me right away great service! The staff was always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options were diverse, including a delicious Ethiopian breakfast, as well as vegan and non-vegan choices, something for everyone! This was my 10th visit to Addis Ababa, and I can confidently recommend this hotel to frequent travelers who are looking for a good value without sacrificing comfort.

Since the hotel is fairly new, some of the drivers on ride-sharing apps might have trouble following Google Maps accurately. My advice is to use well-known landmarks like the "Blue Cave Hotel" or "the intersection of Chechnya Road and Signal Road" to make navigation easier. Also, keep the hotel’s desk number handy in case you need directions. Other than that, I had no complaints!

Very good breakfast, extremely friendly staff, very clean and modern. Comfy bed and pretty silent room.

The water pressure was ok but it was impossible to regulate the temperature of the shower, either too hot or too cold. Little info upon arrival at the airport, especially for first-time travelers: The shuttle of the hotel will be waiting for you on your right when you exit terminal 2 (next to the taxis).

The hotel itself, cleanliness, breakfast spread, 24hr availability of food/drink, room facilities, powerful hot shower, free airport shuttle, and the friendly staff. Met the owner of the hotel who was very helpful and friendly.

No aircon/heating in the room so not able to control the temperature, area felt a bit dodgy but it seems the entire city is like that and not this location specifically.

This is a good hotel for both personal and business travel and is conveniently located from the city center and and other business areas. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only challenge is that there is only one elevator for all users and can be quite slow. I would go back when i visit the next time. Suparna

More than anticipated. Superb staff for all departments: attentive, responsive, always smiling. Rooms were spotless and well designed for comfort. Shuttle was prompt, and both drivers very courteous. The price was amazing.
