We stayed in a bungalow spa room with a little yard, we were traveling with the Pat. This was the accommodations required. Very cute very clean very spacious. Jacuzzi tub in room, very close to the pool and hot tub. Hot tub, discolored, didn’t seem very clean to me, but there are a lot of kids there that day.

I don’t know if we ate breakfast too late, but it was pretty lame. The quiche was cold, the bacon was out, the potatoes were cold, it was one apple danish. The rest of it was just toast. Pretty lackluster in my opinion.

Great location, clean room, lovely grounds

The $18 hot breakfast was a complete rip off. There was nothing in the hotel Information that said the wine tasting wasn’t open except on weekend so I missed it because I was hoping to do that on Monday. In order to get a late check out, you have to start calling the hotel at seven on the day you were leaving. I called every 15 minutes, my phone in the hotel room was dead so I called him myself, every single time I got a busy signal.

The grounds are very beautful and well maintained. So many different kinds of plants and shubbery and many were in bloom. There were several fountains and a koi pond on the property which creates a lot of serenity.

I traeled with a co-worker and wiched the in room tub had been in the bathroom for more privacy. I would have used it more than once. I had to put my bathing suit on to use it the one time I did. I also wish there had been more storage options for clothing as my co-worker stayed int eh living room and here was nothing to put her clothes in. We also were not able to eat the breakfast provided as it was not serviced until 8:00 a.m., which was the time we were expected to be at work. They did have a few things available at 7:00 / jiuce, scones, tea, coffee, and simple take along fruit items / bananas and apples but twice teh door was locked at 7:00 and we had to leave before they opened.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of variety. The eggs and protein changed daily, which was nice since we stayed for 3 nights. The scones were very tasty. You could take the food to your room or dine in. We stayed together with some friends and the pools was a nice place to gather and cool off. The rooms and the mail lobby are nicely decorated. We did not opt for cleaning everyday, but someone dropped off fresh towels every day which was super nice.

We used the gym everyday. There were 3 machines, yoga mats and free weights. It was a little cramped in there when there were 3 adults using the gym, but we all made it work. Would have been nicer to have more space to do other exercises besides the use of the machines. One person was on the floor using the mat and it was hard to stay out of each others way.

The facility is very nice, as was our room. Breakfast was of higher quality than would be expected for this price level. Staff are helpful and friendly. Parking is easy. We were only there for one night, but it struck us as a good place to base a couple for a few days around the area. The price was reasonable for the property and the service

We arrived when the temperature was over 100 degrees and smoke was heavy from close wildfires, so the room AC had difficulty keeping us cool and clear. In the circumstances, it would have been unreasonable for us to expect otherwise. Breakfast doesn't start until 8 AM, so be aware of this if you are thinking about an early start. Also, the area immediately around the property is a bit boring, so you will probably need your car to see the local attractions, which are quite close, starting with a five to ten minute drive.

Everything was terrific. My goodness, the grounds are beautiful. We truly enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and pool area. Chairs and shade well placed. We slept so well. Appreciated the ample amount of pillows. Will definitely be back again and again. Many thanks to the wonderful staff. Bravo!

Going up the stairs. My mistake when I made the reservations. We are getting older and have a few health issues. We succeeded without incident and really loved our room.

Staff were quite friendly and helpful. The grounds were filled with beautiful garden sitting areas. The main floor of the lodge was nicely appointed as well, with lots of comfy sitting areas. Enjoyed the in room mineral bath. Afternoon tea was a nice touch. The breakfast was mostly good, with surprisingly tasty little scones, a nice fruit cobbler, tasty yogurt and fruit, etc.. A great value since breakfast was included. The steel cut oats were great, with nice toppings.

The room was furnished a bit sparsely. It could have used a comfy chair or love seat, a coat rack would be nice. While the grounds were beautiful, they needed someone to scan them each day for used used objects left by customers. For example, I saw two maintenance people working on the Koi pond, yet neither one of them picked up dirty plates that a customer had left on the bench there. They were still there until I picked them up and returned them to staff the following day. There was also and old hood, from a coat left on a log next to the Koi pond. It was there for the 2 days and one morning I was there. While the breakfast was good, the scrambled eggs were fairly cold, stiff, and bland, even at 8 a.m., when the breakfast opened.

Only a 7-minute drive from downtown Ashland, yet removed enough for peace & tranquility! Our stay exceeded our expectations by so much, we decided to extend our stay 2 more nights! The staff are polite, accommodating, and BREAKFAST IS PHENOMENAL!!! From scratch every morning - egg fritatta, fresh fruit, yogurt parfaits, bacon or sausage, coffee, tea, juice, potatoes, etc. Always a different flavored scone with butter & jelly! The rooms are clean, and you have the option to have house cleaning come in every day. Vaulted ceilings and trim-lights are such a warm touch. WiFi is strong! Such a precious gem in southern Oregon.

Very little we didn't like.... but be aware there are no restaurant options within walking distance. You WILL need a car for this property.

The staff was outstanding. The grounds were beautiful. The rooms were well lit, and we loved the fireplace, microwave and frig. The heating unit worked well. The breakfast was a cut above a standard American hotel breakfast.

The $15.00 nonrefundable “resort fee” was not listed in the booking. We did not find out about it until we checked in. The total cost should be listed in the booking. Also, the shower needed upgrading. The bathroom fan was very loud.

The in-room jacuzzi tubs are worth the upgrade. The beds are quite comfortable, and the indoor fireplace keeps the room super warm and cozy. The layout of the bathroom was nice, and the location was central to everything Ashland and Medford, Oregon, have to offer. The grounds of Lithia Springs Resort are quite beautiful, as well.

The walls are very thin, and you can pretty much hear everything, especially if you are on the ground floor. It's not the property's fault that the people above us decided dragging furniture across the floor was appropriate instead of picking it up. However, beware that if you are assigned a ground-floor room, you may have to contend with a bit more noise than others.
