Outstanding response customer services from Audrey, the moment we started our journey till we arrived to departure. Audrey exceeded our expectations, friendly, helpful, attentive & fast response to ensure our questions are answered that we are comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. This made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Comfortable accommodation: Spacious, clean & well-maintained. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning was great. The lift waiting time is a killer. Room for improvement

The location was great especially when KSL has a lot to offer. The property also had swimming pool that is great for kids. It was generally clean as well. The apartment was good for 4pax to stay comfortably. The property management staff was friendly and was responsive in the relaying of messages. Check-in process was fuss free and simple too.

The lift took quite long to come as the building is 39 storey high. There were many a times we had to miss 3-4 lifts just because the lifts were full. Also, the water pressure of the shower head gets affected when you turn on the tap of the wash area or the bidet.

Well equipped, nice pool view n ease of getting in.

2 areas: 1)lifts are always full. N strange logic of opening ar certain floors. 2)At check out, a bit of issue w security. Coz my car was still parked at the resort carpark. We checked out, returned the key n pass n went next door for lunch. When we wanted to exit the carpark, the security did not allow. It took quite a bit of arguing sense before we could exit .

The check-in time seems later than the usual standard, starting only from 4 PM. It would be helpful if the host could proactively share the check-in process in advance. I’ve had a past experience where it was difficult to get a reply during check-in, which caused unnecessary delays. I hope this can be improved moving forward.

The location was good. Apartment had everything i needed.Good water pressure and wifi.Easy check in.

Amenities in the apartment weren't well maintained. Some of the items were falling apart. Balcony did not have a good view of the city. Deposit was required.

Location was right next to KSL and the property was spacious.

Lift was slow. Do cater extra time to wait for the lift as there are only three lifts servicing 39 floors. The property owner requested for a deposit via bank transfer which made me feel a little uncomfortable. The amount was refunded to me 2 days after my stay.

We throughly enjoyed our stayed at the hotel, which offered a clean & pleasant atmosphere , a fantastic location & convenient access to everything making it highly recommended 😀 😍 Thank you 🌹

Big room and comfy the most important thing is. The apartment is behind the mall so it's more easy for us if got bored in the room...

Good and not so good. The good thing is the lift is just right in front of the door and the not so good one is because from the door to the lift is to near so I can hear people in n out especially when kids are got excited and start running around..

Its a good apartment! really love the house and how its being arranged.

only problem is the smell of the wardrobe, toilet and bedsheets. really bad smell for all but lucky stayed for one night. please at least invest in a diffuser/air freshner or a febreeze man!

Overall, the stay in is a very convenient location, near to shopping malls n various eating outlets.

Lousy experience. The apartment lifts gave everyone a great problem. Out of 4 lifts, 3 are down. Residents have to use the staircase to walk down or climb up.
