We stayed in the Snug which belied its name. It was a mini appartment and extremely spacious. with a comfortable sitting area. It was super clean and well equipped with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. Excellent value and very close to all amenities and the seafront. Free parking too.

There is no breakfast but there are options nearby. We had ours at the Old Ship Inn which was good in the main. There is a busy road outside the accommodation but the soundproofing was fine and an aircon unit kept it cool inside. There is very little to criticise about this modern, well priced accommodation.

Modern & well laid out room, good TV, nice, comfy chairs, very clean. Car parking right in front of the door. Friendly & helpful staff.

Ultra-small bathroom. Room is right in front of a bus station on the main, busy road & therefore not quiet enough. Large window front but none of the windows could be opened (fixed shop-front style installation) to air the room. There were blinds which had to stay shut all day as room is fully exposed to road/passers by/bus passengers waiting at front all day. No small fridge to cool anything. Wouldn't book this again because of the window situation (air-con is there but is no substitute for fresh air).

The location is excellent with good car parking. Although didn't physically meet anyone from Links, they were very helpful. The self check in was great. The room was very clean and had a good shower with lots of hot water. It was not a huge room but comfortable.

For us the bed was soft but that is personal preference. There were just little bottles of shower gel which were not topped up but this is very trivial.

The property was nicely decorated and very clean. It’s small but as you’re out all day it doesn’t make any difference. The beds are really comfy and we slept really well. There is a fan and an electric heater if required, a hairdryer, daily maid service, tea and coffee replenished every day and toiletries. The staff were really good when I contacted them. LinksLets is centrally placed and 2 minutes from everything in Seahouses.

Would have liked a small chest of drawers where the kettle it.

Very central, down stairs was a nice cafe where I find a lovely breakfast. Didn’t need more than a comfy bed. Too busy trough the day. So was just what I needed.

Is not to say I didn’t like it. But I had difficulty to wash my face in such a small sink. I will say …. was more a challenge than dislike. I didn’t want to make a mess. So I had a giggle any time I had to brush my teeth and wash my face, jut because I tried not to wet my feet 🤭

The beds were extremely comfortable. Everywhere was clean. The location was fantastic, and it was very reasonable in price, considering how close to the harbour it was. On arrival, we found not only tea and coffee available but hot chocolate too, which my mum really appreciated. I really like the key safe entry, it made check in much smoother.

Booking.com messed up communication and I had to contact the owners directly on the day of my travel. Why pay extra for an agent and then have to do the communication myself. Very poor service indeed.

Great location, room very clean. Great price. Small bathroom with tiny sink, but didn’t need to be bigger!

Bathroom was v clean but smelled musty. Not much can be done about that though as there’s no window. Great room for a night, I probably would get a bigger room for a longer stay as we would need a bit more space then.

The room was described as "The Snug" and to our surprise the room was extremely spacious and not a small room. There was a thick pile carpet and a large king bed. Shower pressure was good and all taps & toilets worked well. We had a kettle with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. There was a parking space in front of the room. The room was in the centre of Seahouses with the main shops and restaurants just over the road ...... super handy! We would stay here again. The room is sold as "room only", which suited our needs.

The owners have a coffee shop in the town and therefore they could offer a breakfast at this location as part of the package. If I was staying for a week, I would probably want a small fridge but we had no need as we were just an over-night stay. The view is the main road, again not a problem for one night but could be an issue if you wanted something more scenic.

Property was truly perfectly situated in the town … close to Main Street and amenities. Car park is large and very accessible. We stayed in Craster room which had everything we needed room was plenty big enough for 2 of us. Room was only accessible via stairs but not an issue for us. Information in guest book was really helpful for our time in sea-houses and surrounding area. Very clean and tidy !! Thank you to staff who were very informative before we checked in to make sure we how rooms worked regarding self checkin.

Metal stairs were a little steep I’m clumsy so would hate to navigate them in wet weather but it’s not a large issue overall we loved location and facilities and for price will be back again !
