Everything! We stayed in room 2 and it was perfect for me, my husband and our dog. Plenty of space, nice and warm, bath robes, tea and coffee and nice big bed. It is tucked away off the street but easy to locate. Great bars around and we ate at Milan restaurant and the food was amazing. Stephanie the host couldn't do enough for us. We can't wait to come back!

Couldn't fault anything! The only tiny niggle was some cars had bother getting back out of the small slope to exit the carpark but the kind neighbours scraped the ramp and everyone got out. Free carpark though and secure!

It’s very cheap for this part of the world and for what you get it’s decent value. Comfortable beds, decent bathroom, good location. The kitchen facilities mentioned in other reviews must be for the suites only as we didn’t have any but I wouldn’t expect that for the price.

The keypads for the rooms were in a central hallway and so the door which led to the outside was unlocked and also not a type which swung shut - which meant it was sometimes just left open. Apart from this being a massive waste of heating, it’s also a security issue (although I appreciate Wooler’s not exactly a hotbed of crime)

The room was clean and tidy, room size was brilliant and located right next to one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever eaten. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was amazing. Location was in a good driving distance from numerous exciting activities and overall was a fantastic staying experience.

The unavoidable noise from leaving time at nearby premises isn't ideal but we stayed on a weekday so kick out time was well before we were tucking in for the night. The TV was not a smart tv which was a little disappointing but not a deal breaker by any means.

Great size room and bed comfortable. Mini fridge and drinks tray with decaffeinated options for both tea and coffee. Right on the doorstep of Milan restaurant. Shower walk in, great power and controllable hot temperature, twin heads as well. Grab bar in the shower. Loved the size of the towel offered as very large. Also surprised to see two plates, bowls and cutlery so you could get stuff and be able to use these. Location of TV in the room great for sitting up in bed but two chairs available if preferred that instead

Dressing gowns not suitable for larger customers and customers should be aware that rooms 2 and 3 are up a short narrow flight of stairs, which could be a challenge for large cases or if mobility issues

The room was beautiful, well set out and very spacious. It felt more like a small cottage as it had its own front door in the lovely lane leading to the Milan restaurant. It had a large sofa, side table and TV, fridge and excellent tea/coffees (incl decaff)/hot chocolate/biscuit selections. The superking bed was huge and very comfortable. Great shower, and the whole place was immaculate. And they allow dogs! Brilliant. You would not know a dog had ever been in the room too.

Absolutely nothing, and I’ll be back.

The Duke Suite was a large, warm and well equipped room. As a room only facility, having the crockery and a fridge was a bonus. The location in Wooler is superb, right in the heart of the town and within easy walking distance to plenty of facilities and eateries nearby. The location down an alleyway to a restaurant was not as noisy as other reviews had intimated. Communication after the booking was great and when we saw staff they were friendly and helpful.

Because of the room location in an alleyway between the High Street and a restaurant, you couldn't really open the curtains and blinds unless you didn't mind being in a fish bowl. As a result we felt a little 'entombed' when we were in the room during the day. The car park was a challenge on motorbikes - was a tricky entry/exit, gravel surface and on a slope.

Clear instructions and information prior to arrival. We arrived late and so the ability to pick up the key from a key safe was appreciated. I liked the central location in Wooler and having the Milan restaurant as a reference made it straightforward to find. Good kitchen facilities and nice apartment. Nearby there was a baker, co-op, butcher and I liked the range of products in the nearby Good Life Shop deli. We had a meal in the Milan restaurant. Attentive service, good atmosphere and good food, really enjoyed our evening there. Many places to visit in the nearby countryside and on the coast.

The is a car park at the back of the property and the entrance is hard to pick out at night. When you turn into Gendale Road just go slow as the entrance soon comes up on the right hand side. It is hard to pick out the Noble Lands sign, it is on the side of a small black gate in a gap between two residential houses.

It was lovely, clean and well cared for.

We were a bit disappointed with the restaurant that was a 2 minute walk from our apartment, the host advised we should phone and book a table which we tried to do on our second day to be told there was no tables for 2, we then passed the restaurant twice after 6 o’clock (whilst looking for somewhere else to eat) to find all of the outside tables bar one were empty and we could see empty tables indoors which made us a bit cross as the restaurant is mentioned in the hosts information.

Stephanie's communication was brilliant. She kept us informed all the way and ensured we had everything we needed. The rooms we had were spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was great to sleep in a bed that had more than just a doona thrown over the top. Sheets have been missing for the last 6 weeks of our travels. This bed was the most comfortable stay so far. The proximity to the Milan restaurant is great and it has great meals and pisa's. The restaurant is a 20 metre walk one way, and If you feel like a pub meal, do the same walk in the other direction. The location is spot on and right in the centre of town.

The communication was great, Our room was left open and ready for us with the key waiting in our room, seemless check in and out, the room was clean, Showeroom was really nice and the shower great. The proximity of an amazing restaurant being right outside our room was amazing as well and the food exceptional.

Only small gripes - we were in room 3 top floor and the bed for us was very soft, and felt like sleeping on a marshmallow, but honestly i think thats more of a personal preference thing than an issue with the room, Also the room itself was absolutely fantastic however it felt rather dry/stuffy during the night because there is limited fresh air with only a low down small window - again its a small gripe and did not in any way impede our stay, we had a great time.
