Good hotel, sit on the beach! Spacious reception, room good size, restaurant with sea view, beach access TOP! Good and easy uses of cold drinks machine Food at restaurant was good, great fruits, green salads I love soups! Great viewing from top floor! Easy check in/out.

Globally used hotel, could be more deep clean! Same for the restaurant can be bit more deep clean. Personally, animation team was very simple and short time during evening! There were short bar staff, but we managed , it is holiday time.

Very close to the beach and very very good food. It is impossible not to find something to eat there, even for kids. Clean pool. Clean beach. Very nice view from the window. Very good drinks. It is the second time we are coming here and we plan on coming again next year as well. Good location for couples or for families.

Snack bar can be improved, you only have some pizza, ice cream and waffles. Maybe get help at the bar during lunch/ dinner time. One barman is not enough considering the workload and there we always had to stay in line for a Cola or for a beer.

We arrived around 2 hours earlier before checkin but they were nice to give us the room keys in advance (we are a big family so we booked 2 rooms). Being in vacation with a baby we started cleaning and dissinfecting the rooms, but the surprise was that the rooms were already very clean (huge plus for them). The location is exceptional, right in the middle of the resort, but isn't crowded or noisy, with lots of green areas, is just perfect.

Our biggest issue was the meals - I call it survival food because some days was tasteless (not every day), we ate because we needed to eat but without a huge pleasure. There were days and days. The barbecue was tasty but didn't function every day. Another small minuses are that not so many facilities: they have a pool and a pool bar but dont have a beach bar, dont have gym, the reception isnt very big and can become busy if many tourists checkin and there was no animators when we stayed there.

The location of the hotel is good, close to beach and main street. The food was good too. We had nice view from the room. They were changing the towels every day. The staff was very polite, especially the receptionist Krasimir Nikolov, he assist us with everything that we needed answer to all of our questions in a professional manner.

Excellent location, good food and spacious room. Very kind staff, especially the guy at the reception Vrasimir who helped us with a problem, the car battery died and in a few hours he arranged that a new battery was delivered to us în Albena. Thank you again Vrasimir. See you again next year.

Great food at the restaurant, daily diversity. The views around the location were splendid, clean room good facilities. Good options for visiting around the location, so you don't really depend on a car.

Always had to keep the fan on in the bathroom as to avoid bad smell coming into the room.

The hotel is near the beach. The room was cleaned every day. Food was good.

Insufficient parking lots. Not all the staff speaks English.

Central location,short walk to the beach and Albena town centre .The room and facilities really good .The food was nice and tasty.Highly recommended definitely would go back again
