The staff at the pool area was great at attending us and made our last day a great experience.

I was held up from leaving because a towel was missing from my room. The towel they were looking for was never placed in my room before I checked in. I felt uncomfortable because I felt like I was Being accused of stealing it. I mentioned a couple of times that the towel was never in my room. Cleaning staff needs to double check and count their linens better. I also didn’t like that they questioned the cleaning lady in front of us and had her say she should pay for the missing towel herself. Horrible last 10 minute interaction with front staff right before I left.

The courtyards were very pretty, the garden was beautiful with a climbing frame, trampolines and little football goals for the children to enjoy and the pool had a fantastic slide too. Staff were always very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurants was good too

The room was quite stuffy with little/no ventilation but we solved this by asking for a fan which made it more comfortable. The mattresses and pillows were also not particularly comfortable.

Great location. Lake front. Great views. Close to water taxi’s. On the main road. Easy access to many restaurants, pharmacies, shopping for souvenirs, mini convenience stores. There’s a restaurant on site. Pool w/slide. Many hammocks to relax in. Play area for kids. Eat access to the lake/beach area.

Water was leaking from sink. Created water puddle. Housekeeping came & cleaned it up, problem solved. The town was loosing power while we’re there, so hotel as well. No internet connection while it was out. Hotel needs to invest in new mattress & pillows.

The property is really beautiful with courtyard hammocks, a pool with a slide, access to the water, beautiful views of the volcanoes and the lake, clean rooms with comfortable beds.

Other guests were very noisy at 3 AM and the sound traveled everywhere. There was no heat in the rooms so it was chilly! They do provide lots of warm blankets, though. They will start a fire in your room if you pay extra.

The rooms were very clean and they had fresh drinking water available everywhere. The staff was polite and friendly. Our room was facing the lake so the view was incredible. Plus, there was hand sanitizer conveniently located everywhere. I look forward to visiting again.

It is difficult to find fault in this location. But if I have to nitpick, the water in the shower drained slowly. Our room was facing the lake so it was easy to sleep peacefully. I cannot speak to unreasonable noise pollution from outside. My kiddos were able to take naps midday without any issues.

Top hotel. We loved the location at the lake but also close to all the shops and restaurants. So quiet, green, well kept. Nice swimming pool with slide, beautiful view from the terrace, very helpful staff, nice extras like table tennis, football goals, big trampoline, hammocks.

I can only think of the restaurant which missed some ambiance and atmosphere.

Excellent location, beautiful view of lake and volcanoes. Staff was friendly and accommodating .

My only complaint would have to be my bed, it was a bit too firm for my preference. I felt like I was sleeping on planks, but my husband didn’t seem bothered by it.

I always love staying here. Great views of Pana, centrally located to everything. The food is great, it’s clean and a lot of options available for its guest.

During this instance they had fumigated the hotel to kill off mosquitoes (which is needed) but they had not informed us. Minor issue…

Great location. I loved that it was close to piers and strip. It was very well kept and clean. The place is beautiful. Staff were great. I made a mistake with my reservation and they helped me resolve it.

It had no AC. But asked for a fan. Worked but wouldn't stand on itself.

Servicen was excellent. Staff was kind and very kind. The restaurant food was amazing. Their steaks are very delicious.

The only thing was they did had WI-FI available due to a blackout, but not a big deal. I still enjoyed my stay.
