I booked three rooms for me, four others and a dog. The staff was very responsive and helpful. I had to have a Fedex delivery one morning while off site and the front desk manager sent me a text as requested when the package arrived. We also asked for and received a late checkout time for all three rooms. Upon arrival, we discovered that our suite had one AC unit that that worked properly and one that did not. We reported the issue to the front desk and were immediately offered another suite, which proved unnecessary since the one working unit ultimately provided adequate cooling. After we checked out and were about 10 minutes on the road, the manager contacted me to advise that a briefcase was left in one of the rooms. The owner was able to turn around, return to the property and retrieve the briefcase. Slightly inconvenient, but not the hotel's fault. Quick action on the part of the staff saved the owner from having to deal with a stickier and perhaps more costly logistical problem. We would not hesitate to book here again if we travel to the area in the future. Thanks Hampton Windward staff!

No complaints or dislikes.

Rooms were updated (mostly) and clean. Front desk workers were nice and acted like they were pleased to see/work/help with you. Shower water pressure was good. Property was taken care of and the location was good.

Only 1 waffle maker???? There was a line of 5 people waiting for it......that's an easy fix. Some of the cloth covered chairs in the lobby used during breakfast were really gross; they need to be cleaned or replaced with easy to clean chairs. I witnessed a maintenance worker (who was nice to talk to) go to a room with a maintenance cart (that had a trashcan on it) and ignored a bag of trash outside someone's room nearby when he walked by. PICK IT UP!

The check in staff was welcoming, kind, answered questions, and was very accommodating. It was a late night check in after a long day. She not only welcomed me but acknowledge and spoke to my teenage son who was with me. It appeared to be a newer hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great. I felt safe while walking my dog around at a late night hour. The check in and check out process was easy and fast.

The location was good and quiet and had some local shopping.

The bed mattress was very firm. The room was reserved as handicap accessible but there was not much room to maneuver with a walker. Had to call maintenance to repair hand held shower with a regular shower head. Made it difficult to completely shower from a sitting position.

Breakfast was not the quality I’ve had at other Hamptons I’ve stayed at. The food was cold and not very tasty. The place seems mostly well kept, but right by the front door was a large outdoor trash can piled very high and spilling over onto the ground all around, which seems to have been neglected in a key place. Our room did seem clean, but not enough attention to detail on the part of the cleaning staff when you notice long hairs left in obvious places.

Oh, what a delightful staycation my family had at this hotel! From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. The joy and happiness in the air were contagious. Not to mention, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch - it sparkled like a gem! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our staycation so memorable and enjoyable!

Great location Good buffet

No orange juice for the entire 3 days there. Pool needed cleaning Put in a room with view of roof and mechanical equipment when hotel appeared not even half full. Room 205 Front desk clerk was gone for 10 -15 minutes when trying to check out

The breakfast choices & the option to have turkey sausage for those that do not eat pork. Close to everything

The elevation in price. Prior to the night before.The female overnight staff charge my card after she run the system for new rates. She said as long as there's money on the card it will go through. But advise me to return to make the purchase. By the time I got ready to return. She had already charged my card. More than I would have excepted. Then there was an additional $25 charge for each night that was not returned.

We love that it’s like a mini apartment and allows for different folks to have a different schedule. Everyone doesn’t have to go to sleep at the same time since there is space to hang and give the other person quiet.

The blankets! They always slide off while I’m sleeping. I woke up a good 10 times to pull the blanket back into place.

The breakfast was okay. Nothing that my Son wanted other than cereal...

I live in a Augusta, GA I Got off at 7pm, picked my Son up to head to our room. Needless to say it had been an extremely stressful and exhausting day for me. I had to wait a bit before getting checked in due to no one being up front. Afterwards we get checked in, get to our room and my Son checks out EVERYTHING.... He seen the microwave opened it and the most HORRIFIC SMELL came out. Apparently the microwave wasn't cleaned out. Seafood was left in it. They offered to change my room but declined because I was too exhausted to move everything to another room. Just wanted them to get it cleaned before I threw up.... They did. I can't even imagine how much of my deodorant spray I used..
