Prime location, near to many malls, massage, street bands and pop mart. Great location. Once tired I amt tired, its just a few steps away from the hotel. Thanks for upgrading my room, and the welcome anniversary cake and message. Staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely i will book the same hotel when i go BKK again. Dinner was great too. Love the fish maw soup!

I booked the room from booking.com, its say my booking comes with "15% discount can only be used on food and drink at the property". But i wasn't entitled to the 15% when I dine there. Anyway is ok, i still enjoyed the meal.

i advise all my friends if they are planning to go to Bangkok to book in this hotel as it has a very good location everything around , MOST of the mall are around no need to take a car you can walk like siam paragon , siam discovery , central world and mbk Starbucks in front of the hotel and open 24 hours massage places all around the hotel all of restaurants few minutes around the hotel rooms are so clean and perfect size breakfast area and food are so good

sometime there are a bad smell in the hallways and in the lobby kindly consider my comment for better services to take care of the smell of the hotel

Location is right downtown just a few minutes walk to the Siam BTS sky train station, which means there are like 4 malls right there and tons of food options (including the fabulous breakfast buffet). No noise from outside in our rooms, and the hotel staff was on point for everything. I recommend this place for visitors that want to be in a clean and family friendly area of the city, with tons of access to transportation, shopping and food.

The only downside is how much traffic has grown over the years. A taxi in the late afternoon-evening will take a while because it gets quite congested downtown. This doesn't reflect badly on this hotel at all, but consider giving extra time to get to the airport if you plan on taking a taxi or grab. Not to worry if you plan on taking trains, because you'll have easy access.

Hotel is located right next to Siam Paragon and you can walk to MBK and Central World easily. Siam BTS is also literally at the doorstep. The Executive Room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The canapés served at the lounge in the evening was really really good - very tasty and leaves you wanting for more, and the menu is different every day. Staff from the lounge to reception were all very friendly and helpful and they make you feel very welcome.

The breakfast buffet spread at level 2 had a good variety of options but the food quality was rather average and it gets very busy. The breakfast served at the lounge however had limited option but it is alot more quieter and would be ok if you are not really starving.

Crown Park Hotel Seoul offers a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city. The hotel has a modern and clean design, with rooms that meet expectations in both comfort and functionality. During our stay, we used two different room types due to our flexible travel plans: the Deluxe Three-Person Room (with three single beds) and the Connected Rooms (two standard rooms combined — one with two single beds, the other with a double bed). Both options were clean, well-maintained, and suited our needs perfectly. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth each time, and the staff was professional and accommodating. The hotel’s location is excellent — within walking distance of shopping areas, cafés, and key attractions — making it a practical base for exploring Seoul. Overall, Crown Park Hotel provided a pleasant and reliable experience and can be recommended for both short and extended stays.

The breakfast could be an hour longer. 😊

Everything was ok

The location and the friendliness of the staff. They are extremely helpful to the rescue. I have stayed in this hotel a week after it started business possibly 30 years back almost every month for about 8 years when I bought my apartment . Though staying someplace else I used to visit this property. Last two years I have started to stay again at Novotel Siam Sq.I found two of the old staff who remembered me so well I enjoyed my stay thus time, buffet breakfast is great and the location is perfect for tourists .

The renovation is being done using some old furniture painted and the bathroom fittings some were old. They should look into this.

However, I did notice that the ropes and the towels in my room had an unpleasant odor, which impacted my comfort. I believe that a stronger detergent or more thorough cleaning would make a big difference. I hope the hotel can address this issue, as it has great potential to offer an even better guest experience. We absolutely loved our stay at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square from start to finish! Despite our scheduled check-in time being 2 PM, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we arrived early in the morning. Since rooms were available, they kindly checked us in almost 4 hours early, which was a fantastic start to our visit. The rooms were well-equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, while the bathrooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay—an impressive spread featuring multiple cuisines and catering to various dietary needs. We especially enjoyed the live cooking station where eggs were made to order exactly as we liked. The location is another major plus, with easy walking access to public transport and numerous shopping malls. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly return for another stay!
