Welcoming on arrival. Room clean and comfortable with all the things you need. Continental Breakfast more than enough .If you need anything the owner will try to get it for you with a smile. The hole set up was relaxed you will find yourself chatting with people from anywhere in the world . Right in the centre of town

Great location, just inside old town walls. Reasonable walk to the station. Staff helpful, we were able to leave our bags before check in.

There is a human touch to my stay, the host welcomed us, prepared breakfast and assisted us by asking other travellers to navigate Italian train system due to strike . Much appreciated.

Absolutely the perfect place to stay in Verona. The location is excellent as it is close to train station porta nuova and very much in the centre. The place was clean and spacious. There is a lift too. The host was so nice to us. A++++

If the room is equipped with a kettle it would be better.

Very close to the Arena, which is perfect for the opera. Breakfast is good.

The toilet is not inside the room. It is just opposite but it is solely for our use. Still, it is not very convenient, especially at nite. We did know about it, however.

Perfect location! Just right in the middle to walk to the castle and on other side the Arena and the city center. Big and cozy room. When opening window could see the city and the mountains. The place itself seemed small but the felt like a 5 star hotel-with kettle in the room, tea, shampoo and even breakfast.

I had problems with unlocking my room door. Also, as the bell didn’t work downstairs, I had to call the hotel, but the number provided at the door downstairs is without the Italian phone code. So had to look up for it online. It would be nice if there would be the full number :)

Excellent location, the property had an elevator after a short staircase, my room had a small balcony which was useful.

A small fridge in the room would’ve been appreciated.

Perfect location in the heart of Verona, lots of restaurants around for breakfast or dinner, walking distance from all touristic attractions. Room is very clean and comfortable, easy to find and with your own key you can easily go in and out. Great value of money! We’ll be back for sure:)
