It's a very cozy hotel, which did the best they can with limited space. Very cool elevator! The hotel is quite close to the hundertwasserhaus, which is a cool location. only a street away from the bus and tram!

The room was clearly old, come peeling paint and not all power outlets worked.

Having used both hotels on different ocassions, this is now my favourite and we will continue to use again when visiting Vienna! This is a basic hotel with basic furniture, beds were comfortable and clean. Fresh white linen and towels. Extra pillows can be requested.Coffee machine and kettle provided, although coffee and drinks are available downstairs. Internet is good! Great location with connections to the city and praterstern for further connections- short walk to all amenities! Staff are lovely always smiling with a friendly face! All in all,for the price- no reason to complain. 10 out of 10!

The hotel is very well located, close to Prater and Praterstern, from where you have good connections to the airport and city center. The staff members are polite, well trained and helpful. Breakfast looks great, even if I didn't have it I would advise to take it Very clean rooms and bathrooms/toilet. Rooms were heated very pleasantly, so it is so nice to relax in the evening. Bed is very comfortable. Refrigerator and water heater are very big plusses. Thank you for your help and for a wonderful stay in beautiful Vienna! ❤️

Tv and wi-fi were not working in my room, but these are not so important problems for me.

The location is very close to the Prater. 200 meters is an exaggeration, as it's further away, but it's very conveniently located. The staff is very friendly and helpful, knowledgeable about the location and its options. The lady on the first shift helped me find cheap parking for the entire day, a seven-minute walk from the hotel. I will definitely return because of the service.

With such high occupancy, the owner could renovate the room. My room needs the floor leveled, the parquet floor sanded, new plaster applied to the walls and ceiling, and painted. Then I wouldn't have to worry about plaster falling from the walls or ceiling falling on my head. Breakfast would also be better if it weren't for the sight of plaster swollen from moisture and falling off, and the multitude of dead flies in the ceiling light. I don't blame the staff, as it's difficult to clean the lamps in such high-ceilinged rooms, and with such worn parquet flooring, it's difficult to achieve a polished and clean appearance. It's just a shame that the owner only thinks about profit instead of also considering the conditions in which he welcomes his guests.

How friendly the staff was. They were always ready to help. The location is just great. It was calm. I love that it is an old building, so you get the real Vienesse experience. The mattress and the pillows are soft, just like I liked it. The room also had a kitchen and fridge. The WiFi was good even though I read in the comments it was bad. I assume they improved it. My daughter loved the lift. It was really cool.

The beds are a bit bent over. It was not too bad. It just takes me one night to get used to it.

Quiet and nice location near the tram 1 stop and bus 4a stop. Lovely staff at the reception. Simple buy clean room. They had everything that was needed. It is definitely worth of visiting if you want to have a budget but at the same time good quality place. Thank you to all the staff who were super friendly and helpful in so many ways! We booked a room for 3, and each had a comfortable twin bed. The hotel was easy to find, right off of the 1 Tram and near Prater. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lodging is straightforward, with no frills, but an excellent value. We booked with breakfast, which was convenient, and they had 24/7 front desk. I would recommend it to a budget-conscious traveler who will be spending most of their time seeing this incredible city.

Very clean, comfortable and modern. Very friendly reception. They do laundry service too for a great price. Good location, even walked to the city centre (took about 30mins). Buses, trams and trains nearby

The hotel is in a lovely building -typical Vienna style, it's in a quiet neighborhood, close to public transportation. My room was really spacious and included a small kitchenette. It was reasonably clean, quiet and equipped with all essentials. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The hotel could use a bit of a touch up - it was clear it hadn't been renovated in a while and some parts (i.e. bathroom ceiling) looked quite shabby. The mattress in my room should also be replaced.
