Genesis, the staff at the front desk was wonderful. She helped us check in seamlessly and even switched our room away from the elevators upon request. She gave great suggestions for local eateries nearby and she was prompt and responsive with our minor requests (extra towels, linens, etc). The room was bright, airy and clean. The water pressure was great in the shower. The wifi worked wonderfully. The pool was open, with plenty of pool towels available and the water was a nice temperature. The breakfast had a good selection of foods, including some gluten free options which I thought was considerate for those who may need that. We truly enjoyed our stay

Booking.com did not properly reserve the room so I spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service while standing in the lobby until I just ended up cancelling the reservation on their site and booked the room right there on the spot without booking.com. Very frustrating experience as I was traveling with my family that includes 2 kids. This happened at the second Home2Suites we booked on the same trip through booking.com as well. What the heck?!

The ambience from was extremely inviting and beautiful especially once you got off the elevator. The carpet colors were so beautiful, vibrant, and complementary to that of the walls and the light fixtures in the wall. The aesthetic of the room was SOOOO PLEASINGLY BEAUTIFUL and comforting from the hounds tooth pattern and color palette, right down to the small night light in the bathroom. The beauty of the organized kitchen with is GE and Cuisinart appliances, and generous sink size and fridge, to the very well appointed and organized dishes. How dare I forget about the truly unexpected added detail of a dishwasher that was also generously sized for a hotel and the rollaway oval table was so well appointed, convenient and made me smile . If I’m extra the contrasting shape of the oval with the rectangular desk it perfectly fit under was so genius and lovely 😊. The overall color palette of the room was BEAUTIFUL from the sofa to the room divider curtain and carpet, the accent wallpaper in the wall cubbies. The bed and pillows were sooooo comfy and made me want to take them with me. It would be great if you could give me some of those pillows for my rave review 🤣😂😇🥰. I was so at Home there and never wanted to leave. Job well done design team and house keeping. Side note I love the family sized tables on the patios and well if has inspired us to bring our children here for some pool and picnic 🧺 fun.

The pattern on the duvet cover was beautiful however a bit rough to the sink if you lay on it. Also the breakfast was so disappointing. 🫣😔😞🥺😭😢. It left a lot to be desired especially for people that don’t eat scrambled eggs, oatmeal, and English muffins. As a suggestion boiled eggs and bacon strips or maybe sausage links would be amazing. However I did love the curtain that hide the breakfast bar went not in use. To be honest the decor in the lobby did no justice for what was up stairs. Also maybe a separate attendant for breakfast would be nice. The shower could have been a little larger.

From the moment we entered the room we were impressed by the spaciousness and cleanliness. The rooms were large allowing us to relax comfortably without feeling cramped. Speaking of cleanliness we were pleased to find that the hotel took utmost care in ensuring a high standard of cleanliness. The rooms were impeccably clean and the bedding was fresh and inviting. We appreciated how well-maintained and tidy everything was. Although we didn't have the opportunity to utilize the hotel's gym and pool it was nice to know that these facilities were available for guests. The hotel's attention to offering such amenities shows their commitment to providing a well-rounded experience for all guests. The standout aspect of our stay however was undoubtedly the staff. They were incredibly friendly welcoming and always ready to assist us. they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their positive and helpful attitudes significantly contributed to making our stay memorable. We left the hotel with a sense of contentment and the assurance that we would return in the future. The combination of spacious and clean rooms along with the friendly and accommodating staff made this hotel stand out. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room had a good size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. It was clean and spacious. The gym was very well equipped.

The first room didn't lock and they front desk clerk said it was a safe area and would lodge it with maintenance. When maintenance didn't arrive that day I was told it would be another 3 days till it could get fixed. I had to request a room change which they eventually gave me.

The room and bed were nice. We're were there only for a short stay.

The breakfast was sparse at 9:30. There was 3 terrible looking pieces of bacon. The whole place has been heavily grazed. Breakfast lasts to 10:00. There should have still been plenty to choose from. Parking in the lot late night didn't feel safe as we arrived late and had to park at the back of the facility

Staff are welcoming and friendly, really the best feature of the place. Large and comfortable sitting area. Nice to have a refrigerator and kitchen area.

The breakfast is pretty sad. The set-up for sitting at the desk to work is not comfortable.

Breakfast was disappointing. Lots of men from VAPower and a bus from Liberty University overwhelmed the breakfast. Only one person working. There was almost nothing for my wife and me.

Our bathroom needed a little repair/maintenance.

We liked the size and facilities in the room, comfortable bed, easy access shower and design. Great place to stay if you were going to be there for a week because of the large refrigerator and the kitchen seating table doubling as a second desk space.

We were. happy. I didn’t eat breakfast there since we were meeting friends but I’d like to see more gluten free options.

Real dishes! - no plastic waste -at breakfast buffet and coffee station. Great kitchenette in room. Everything clean, nice little outdoor seating area. Nice shower, good water pressure, cruelty-free shower products.

Breakfast could use some fresh fruit options, bananas, maybe a fruit salad.
