The staff are friendly, the location is great and the rooms are very well furnished. The hotel upgraded from a single twin to a double without any charge and couldn't be any more accommodating in helping me resolve a payment issue. For what you receive, the price is exceptional!

The promotion of having a "private beach" needs to be better explained. You have to pay for the luxury of using this beach, it is not included in the price of the room which seems a bit misleading.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The suite we booked was spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness each day. The bathroom and shower were noticeably larger than those we’ve experienced at other places in Aqaba, adding an extra touch of comfort. The daily breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious Arab options to suit every taste. Maged, the chef, was there each morning with a warm smile and welcoming presence, adding a personal touch that made breakfast even more enjoyable.

Sky hotel was a nice modern hotel with a great location. Honestly much better than I expected at a great price. I also purchased the private beach club tickets which was amazing. Staff is incredibly helpful and try to do everything they can for you. The breakfast was top notch although there is no omelette station.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The location is good, right in the city center.

Nothing, but something to take into account is that if you want to go to private bitches, you have to take a taxi or have a car, because it is 15/20 minutes away. The public beach nearby is not the best. But the staff offered us plenty of options and activities. 😁

The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff is nice and helpful, the breakfast is very delicious, the decorations are beautiful and comfortable, making you not want to leave your room, the lowest price for the best service, without any exaggeration the price is great for the quality، Next time Sky will be my first choice without hesitation.

The bathroom could be cleaner. The TV is not working in the room. There is no internet access on the balcony and no view which makes it uncomfortable to stay in the room without a view and internet on balcony, or a working TV.

Every thing was Ideal

This brand new hotel is very welcoming to its visitors. Has everything you would want for a few days' stay. Coffee and tea in your room.Lots of complimentary water too. Great showers and comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. They are located near the local markets and change offices are nearby. And the guys at reception, especially Hakim, are fantastic and very helpful in booking everything you want to do.

The helpful staffs, the decorations, and the size of the room, the price and I believe that it is good for big group and families

We took two rooms one was clean and the other was was not very clean, there is leftovers in the refrigerator, not everything was in the room such as toilet paper shampoo and other things but when you ask for it, they will bring it. There was construction next to the hotel so you will not be able to sleep at all after 6am 😭
