Clean and new facilities. Friendly staff.
Floors 1 and 2 are below ground level. If you are assigned a room there, you will probably hear the Northern line underground trains passing by every few minutes, which could make things difficult if you are trying to sleep. I tried to ignore it at first, but after an hour or so asked to be moved to a different room, which the staff helpfully agreed to do. Upper floors were quiet.

The hotel has a nice and modern design with a large lobby area suitable for online meetings and finishing work with a good cup of coffee. Rooms are spacious with a seating area and huge TV screen which is not very common in London hotels. Breakfast was good and had a good variety of options. The location was convenient with a supermarket and some food joints just next to the property. Old Street station is less than 10 minutes walk. Old Street station is going through renovation and doesn’t have a lift or escalators so take this into consideration if you have heavy luggage (not the hotel’s fault but it’s good to know).
I booked a room with a window and paid extra for the window. I thought the window would be a real window with a street view or any view. However, it turned out to be a fake window fully blocked out with glazing which allows some light from the outside but can’t be opened and can’t see through it. I felt a bit claustrophobic and isolated especially that I usually like to have a look outside and see how the weather looked like before dressing up! This was a real turn off.

Great location, a few mins walk from Old St station. Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby, good Deliveroo options in the evening. Staff were friendly. We got a really good price for the area but I’m sure that will go up as it gets more established. Everything is new so very clean. Decoration in the room is really nice. Good amenities in the bathroom, including conditioner. Great range of plug sockets including USB A and C. Big shower. Bed reasonably comfortable. Good for a short stay. Hot and cold options at breakfast.
Some parts of the breakfast not the best quality. Would prefer option to pay a bit less and not have breakfast included since there are so many good breakfast options nearby. No windows, just a small frosted section of glass. Would be good to have somewhere to get ready more easily eg table in front of the mirror. A few hangers but doesn’t really have a closet. It’s very new so they are working out the kinks - maybe expect a few issues for early stays e.g. tv software not fully set up, shower very stiff so hard to adjust.

The rooms was clean enough I thought I booked a room without a window so to come to a room that had one I was very happy. The price was Very expensive (almost £400 for 2 nights!? That's a lot) but equally I'm aware I paid for a hotel close of not directly in central London so I guess it's reasonable. The staff were so friendly. The rooms had a lot of power plugs and charger ports. Loved that the room came with a coffee table that slide s under the bed and over the top of the bed. The shower was very clean. The lobby area was very nice The breakfast was amazing. The lift was very nice The locality was clean and for the location, it was surprisingly quiet at night.
It was clean, I did find some other small bits of male hair . I was a lone female. But not a huge amount of hair. But I believed she sheets were clean just not run over with a lint roller to extract all the hair. I wasn't too bothered by it. I think some other people would have been. Price at the bar for a drink and crisps came to £13 . It's was a gordans gin and lemonade. The prices were high. Food was not made in a kitchen on site. No sign on the door to come clean my room and wasn't a Dailey service.

Clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice, courteous and helpful just seemed to go that extra step to make sure we were OK, nothing too much trouble. Good toiletries selection and nice BIG fluffy towels. Room although small.ish had everything needed and the seating area was nice to have too.
Very minor as such but hoping it can be used for improvement. It would be nice to offer fried eggs with the breakfast even if they had to be ordered as the scrambled ones didn't hold the heat hot. The sausages aren't nice, better quality ones would be a good idea.

Staff were incredibly friendly and on hand if we needed anything. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a variety of options available.
Issue with the shower, the strip around the shower was broken which caused water to leak onto the floor. To prevent having to move rooms we asked staff to provide a few more floor mats which they gladly did and advised they’d have maintenance take a look once we’d checked out. Paid extra for a window view yet the windows were frosted so you couldn’t actually see outside and the view would have been poor. Feel it’s a bit unreasonable to charge extra for a room with a window when you can’t actually see outside… frosted so prevents much sunlight coming in.

The room felt very cosy, but still spacious. The room and all facilities were very clean upon arrival. Staff were really friendly and extremly helpful. The shower was pretty spacious which was great, as i sometimes find that some hotel showers can be a little claustrophobic. I made a silly mistake and dropped my phone behind a wooden cabinet - which was actually built onto the wall so you couldn't move it. Two staff members were very helpful in retreiving the phone. 10/10 customer service. Also, the hotel is in a great location so it's easy to get to central london.
Personally I wasn't a fan of the breakfast, but that is just because I am not to keen on fry up breakfast. Otherwise, great to see what options are available since it is included in the hotel cost.

I had a pleasant stay at the Hampton by Hilton in London. The hotel itself was nice, with clean, spacious rooms and a lovely, convenient neighborhood. It made for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
However, the breakfast was a real letdown. The selection was limited and repeated daily, which I could have lived with—but what truly baffled me was how they managed to ruin the omelet. It was completely tasteless, which is quite a feat in itself. A little improvement in the breakfast quality would make this hotel a much better experience.

The hotel is conveniently situated, around 800 metres from an underground station. Rooms were clean, staff helpful.
No view from the window (milk glass) plus windows cannot be opened. I personally feel bad in spaces like that and I think it should be mentioned in the description, especially for people with phobias (they may be left with no accommodation altogether). Breakfasts are very poor plus the kitchen staff do not worry too much if some food selection has run out (it takes them ages to bring bacon or veggies). Strangely enough, the breakfast choice on day 1 (of 4) of my stay was richer compared to all other days. Hotels of the chain in other countries offer MUCH better food selection.
