Great location just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and shops/ restaurants. Spotlessly clean and well maintained older style bungalows in a garden setting. Very quiet and peaceful. Excellent value for money.

We loved our stay. The bungalow was big and confortable. Very clean also. The hammock was the cherry on the cake. The most beautiful beach of the island is at 2 min. Thank you for everything.

Nice small bungalow very close to the beach. Shop is like literally 2 min away and all the cafes and bars are right behind the corner. We had a good time at Sandee s. Also there is a massage salon at the property. Enjoyed it during the hottest hours of the day

I got here late, and upon arrival basically knew I had to stay longer. I had the simplest bungalow with no A/C, which for me is perfect. Small patio, big extremely comfortable bed, standard bathroom, 100 m from the beach. The hosts are so kind and I was able to extend my stay by 3 more nights and enjoyed every minute. Would definitely stay here again, the village is lovely, great places to eat and NO PARTIES!!!! By 11 pm all is quiet and remains so until 7 am. Heavenly.

I think it would be a great idea to have a little sideboard in the room with a kettle and a few cups, just to make some tea or coffee or instant soup if one isn't inclined to go out :)

Extremely affordable traditional and simple bungalow. Inside is very simple with a bed, a ventilator and a bathroom, but it does the job. It wasn’t hot at night, while we stayed during Dec. Light sleepers might need earplugs since you can hear motorbikes and cars passing through. Outside patio is cute with a chair and a hammock. 3 minutes walk to a nice beach and many other restaurants, bars, shops. Location is very convenient. Ambiance of the neighbourhood is nice. Massage next door is great. Managed by a nice mid-age couple.

For such price, really nothing to complain about.

Sandee Bungalows are set in beautifully kept shady jungle gardens. The detached bungalows are basic but clean, comfortable and very affordable. The place is peaceful and calm and very well run by our sweet hosts. It is very close to the beach and right on the edge of the village with it’s shops, spas and restaurants. If you want an authentic travelling stay on Koh Phangan, I’d recommend it.

Cute bungalows, bed medium, not soft and not hard... Comfortable enough 😁 friendly lady running the place, and good location next to beach. I went back the next week for 2 more days, despite the hammock situation 😂

The room smelt a bit :'(. and the hammock was old and when I lied in it, it broke and i fell down quite far to the floor. I went and told them and The lady was helpful giving me tiger balm on my back. The next day they replaced the hammock, but I had to Check out :'(

lovely owners..fantastic massage. Good sized room but very basic. no bedside tables and limited room for clothes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would use the facility again. Very good room rates and ideal location. Massage staff very very good.

Very few power points, some almost to ceiling height, perhaps a cosy bed light but really nothing to complain about
