good location, lovely breakfast, a friendly and lovely host and hostess and loved their animals. Rooms were also clean with tea and coffee facilities in the room along with freshly baked biscuits and scones. A lovely experience and a house we have stayed in before and can definitely recommend.

A beautiful find after our initial accommodation was canceled. Was welcomed on arrival and very friendly hosts. Dinner was offered which was great to have a home cooked meal after traveling for a while, and the cooked breakfast the next day was just lovely. Truly felt at home and was great getting some local knowledge. We are so pleased our initial booking was canceled on us. Would highly recommend

Excellent b and b. Rosemary is a wonderful host and has equipped her rooms with everything you would need and more e.g hot water bottles and sewing kits. Bed was super comfy and great blinds and drapes to keep the light out. Breakfast is very substantial with many selection choices.

Great location as a base for visiting Fermanagh. Close to Florence Court and hiking trails. Eniskillen is not far away. Wonderful to be out in the country with real Irish people. Friendly and informative hosts. Loved the ability to have both dinner and breakfast at the house, in a cosy dining room. Lots of home-made goodies. The meals, cooked by our host, featured produce from the farm, including lovely lamb. We had a comfortable front room with King bed.

We had a lovely stay and felt so taken-care of! We had lunch, dinner, and breakfast here! all excellent (especially dinner, salmon + phenomenal rhubarb crisp). Rosemary gave us very good advice, encouraging us to visit Florence Court grounds in late afternoon; this park (with people walking their dogs, curious cows nearby, an ancient yew tree, and spectacular walled gardens) turned out to be one of the highlights of our Ireland trip. We will certainly return if we can!

The hosts were super friendly. Really helpful . The place was super clean and beyond what we expected. The breakfast was superb. They guided us on the closest pubs when we thought of having dinner outside.

Wonderful hosts. Room very comfortable. Meals were excellent and the bonus was a home cooked meal available- excellent quality - local produce. Lots of nice extra touches such as home cooked bickies with plenty of afternoon tea available. Very obliging offering dinner at short notice. Thank you. We loved it.

Rosemary's cooking and baking are top notch! The hospitality and quality of food was outstanding. Rosemary provides evening meals which you select from a huge menu choice the night before.
