The apartments are very clean, well furnished, ample, and modern. The location is also very good and has good access to public transportation. Soroush was very kind, explained everything to me during check-in, and helped me understand everything around the location. Around the corner, there's a lovely street with restaurants and bars also frequented by the locals, so not crazy expensive and not places specialised for tourists.

Just to take into account: If you're a light sleeper, be mindful that it is a busy area, so there's a lot of passers-by until late at night.

Great kitchen and bathroom. Had everything we needed. The area was a bit out of the city but was great value and easy walking distance.

The key was very difficult to open the door. The air con was working great but was very loud and couldn’t have it on while sleeping so it was very hot at night.

The apartment was good and clean with a nice aspect but the fold-out sofa bed was uncomfortable. Needs a proper bed and mattress and somewhere to hang clothes.

the apartment was comfortable and well located within easy reach of the Arno and Duomo. it was a good size and felt spacious and very private and safe.

perhaps a few more mugs/glasses. I couldn’t work the washing machine, perhaps some instructions. also the iron didn’t heat up sufficiently, fault or, again, more instructions needed.

Beautiful space in an amazing location. The property was equipped with everything you could possibly need. A home away from home.

It was very noisy at night due to the people on the streets below, and the people in the apartment next to us being loud until the very early hours of the morning.

Sofa bed right next to the entrance door; poor soundproofing (bars in the neighbourhood play loud music until late). As requested I informed about arrival time (between 2 and 3 in the afternoon) and called from SMN train station around 1.30 to confirm; given the queue for a taxi it took more than the time extimated by the guy I spoke to on the phone to get to the accommodation. As he had to go somewhere else to meet other guests, he kept calling and wasn't there when we arrived. Not a problem, I understand. What I didn't appreciate was the attitude when he arrived, annoyed and stroppy. I work in the same industry, I understand the pressure, still not a very pleasant welcome.

Large rooms, very clean. Great location . Bed linen and towels provided all clean and fresh. Toiletries included (2 tiny bottles of shower gel and 2 small hand soaps)

Sofa bed not a proper bed, not what we expected for the price paid. No wardrobe or place to hang clothes Nice kitchen but virtually no utensils ( huge pile of dishes and plates but only 1 wine glass, 2 water glasses, a little cutlery)
