Great location. Great breakfast. No more daily room service though - and no one told us?? Seems like important Info to be told. Only done every 4th day. Definitely cutting costs but I guess everyone everywhere is. Rooms are getting older but location is great. Most staff super friendly.

Rooms are getting tired.

Young lady working at the desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy check-in. Got up to the room and first thing im checking for is the cleanliness of the room. Wiping everything down i found nothing on my wipes that was a good thing. I used the Spa tub in the room and same thing went to wipe it down and check for cleanliness everything was great. Quiet got nice sleep and rest.

If giving out the cookies at check-in is a norm at this location my suggestion is to mark the bag. my friend has a nut allergy and the cookie were peanut butter. thank goodness it wasnt a big bit.

This was one of the best places I have stayed. The reception area was clean, and the staff were super friendly and very welcoming. After receiving a welcome snack, I went to my very clean and spacious room. The bed was really comfortable and the soaps smell really nice. They even have little magnets on the bottom of the shower curtain to keep it in one spot. The whole place has a good sense of security, and I would definitely stay here again!

Whoever was staying above me had really heavy foot steps and sounded like they were running around (maybe a family). Obviously, it's not the hotels fault. Staff were kind enough to call them and tell them to keep the noise down.

Room was a decent size, bed super comfortable. Nice and quiet

When entering the room, it had a humid smell there was a spider in the sink and lots of dead ants in the bathtub and also ants were around the room and on the bed as well. I texted front desk to the number they text you from to let them know about any issues and I never heard back from them. There was a bunch of hair by the whirlpool by the towel rack. Other than that it was a pretty good room.

Location

We’ve stayed here a few times and no issues. On this previous visit we had key issues at check in, I had to head back to front desk 3 times. It’s frustrating because you check in, are tired, had dinner in hand, and just wanted to get into our room. I understand it’s not the employees fault but maybe after the second time they should have changed our room, not the third. This is our go to location when we visit the area and it won’t stop us from coming back, just a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is conveniently located by a variety of stores, and restaurants. It's walking distance from Ontario Mills Mall, and it's near Victoria Gardens. The hotel was clean, I liked the parking garage. The parking is free, and it requires a key card to enter, so it's safer. Also the price was reasonable.

The only complaint, or suggestions was to maybe have more a variety with the breakfast. The sausages were very salty, but there were other options, and it was free, so it's not really a complaint! The coffee was also very good.

We came tto Ontario only because our flight to Santa Barbara was diverted due to wearher. We didnt want to spend 10 hours in the terminall. We had hoped to be hhome and were disappointed to instead be stuck somewhere we didnt want to be, and had minimall expectattions of an airport hotel. But found it impossible to remain disagreeable with the friendly and accomadating staff, and we were surprised and delighted to discover that our room was spacious and tastefully furnished, the bed was exquisitely comfortable with soft high thread count sheets and ample pillows, ,The room had all the necessary amenities, coffeemaker, closet wuth wood hangers, iron and board, toiletries, hairddyer, and plenty of towels, a good size tv that included some pay channels, and th we room was soundproof. There was even a help yourself breakfast with cereals, fruit, yogurt , eggs and sausage and waffles.

Nothing to complain about despite having arrived in a bad mood. Slept well in the supremely comfortsble bed.

The location was convenient to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and always available to assist you, and the breakfast was good.

The doors leading into the room and the bathroom needed to be adjusted and rubbed against the door molding so much that it made them difficult to open and close. Not to mention it was very loud and disturbing to others.

Friendly and cordial welcome. Cleanliness of the premises and very satisfactory breakfast. We were very happy with the room and the comfort, I recommend this hotel and I will come back next year. Thank you very much

The lack of bath towels while we were 4 people. The mop is not big enough for the shower, because the water runs every time on the edge of the bathtub. There was trash behind the TV cabinet Otherwise, nothing else, great hotel!

Great location, lots of restaurants. Clean facilities, great friendly customer service.

Building is a bit outdated. Continental breakfast was not impressive. Eggs are weird texture possible due to being fake eggs. But there are plenty of places to grab a quick bfast.
