The room had been well cleaned. It was nicely equipped with carpet, tile in the bathroom, and an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The staff sells discount tickets for Shepler's ferry at the check-in desk. I got my ticket for $32 cash instead of the walk-up price of $38.

A miniature refrigerator would have been nice but I didn't want to pay more for a room somewhere with one. The heater was a strange electric device labeled "zone line 3000 heat pump". It had no option to pick a temperature. It seemed to physically work OK. The light over the sink was 2 to 3 times too bright. They need to install a different light bulb or take out some bulbs if there are sockets for more than one bulb.

The price was good and the beds were comfortable and clean. I did check to see if there was only 1 floor or an elevator. They gave me 1 on the 2nd floor with access to the stairs only. When I asked if we could change to the main floor. They were very nice about it and switched for us.

The morning of checkout we didn't know what time checkout was and my phone had broken. My daughter went to the office to check. He told her the time. Since it was very close to it she asked about a late checkout. He gave her a weird answer. He told her that technically it was another day. A simple yes or no would have worked just fine.

Location was incredible for us. Everything was walking distance including the ferry to go to the island. Plenty of restaurants and shops to enjoy!! Cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. It appeared a lot of renovation had been done. There is no breakfast available at this hotel, but that was not an issue since there is an excellent breakfast place near by!

We would have liked to have the amenities {refrigerator and microwave} HOWEVER, I knew these were not included when I booked the hotel. Your iron was extremely dirty and needs to be checked, but probably thrown out and replaced.

desk staff were very cordial and helpful. Room was a little small but it was clean.

We arrived on a Tuesday. Both Tuesday and Wednesday it was very quiet in regards to outside noise. On Thursday it was a little nosier as more people were coming in. On Friday it was very noisy and the fireworks which we did not know was happening lasted very long. Would have like to have known about the fireworks in advance. The room itself was clean but needs updating. The location was great in regards to walking downtown to other venues.

Beds were very comfortable; thus, I slept well. Location to Sheplers Ferry to Mackinac Island from the Mackinaw City location was walking distance, eliminating driving and parking hassle.

Cable company provider on TV for all channels kept going in and out "freezing up" show on TV. Skies were just partly cloudy, so mostly not a storm issue. I had to completely turn TV off and restart TV many times during a 2 hour period. Finally, I just turned it off out of frustration.

location was excellent. we were there for the annual bridge walk. this hotel is close to the bridge access point and is close to restaurants and shopping and the island shuttles.

the room we had was kind of small. the one thing that we were disappointed about was the room didn't have a mini fridge or a microwave. evidently, some rooms do have those amenities so if you book here be sure to ask for such a room.

My room was clean, safe & bright. The location is excellent since it is tucked away from the main strip making it more exclusive & private. Plus, I like the fact that it is only a short walking distance to many of the shops & restaurants. The staff overall are really, really nice & helpful.

I wished my room had a microwave, a mini-fridge & a couple more electrical outlets. Most guests need all of the items especially if you have a family or on business traveling. Maybe you could add a surge protector strip so the guests can plug it in to resolve the electrical outlets problem. Everyone needs to plug in their electrical devices some where when they travel.

We had room 222 and we loved the view. Loved that it was so close to the city. The room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool & hot tub. The staff were all friendly & nice. 10/10 recommend. We’ll be staying again

Could use a few extra towels in the room but other than that nothing we disliked.

This is an excellent middle budget motel to stay conveniently placed to all attractions and the ferry to Mackinac Island. There is a food market along the road . The restaurants close by are all very good. The fittings are a little jaded but all work well. It's surprisingly quiet considering the position along the main street.

There isn't anything really not to like. It's a very straightforward motel

Court plaza was conveniently located, and parking was good. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was clean and well maintained.

Court plaza seemed to be a little older and dated, but it was clean and convenient. The room was only serviced upon request, this wasn't a bad thing, just different.
