The hotel is located at the top of the island, very peaceful and so many turtles out the front amazing snorkeling. We booked a private tour to visit other islands to snorkeling. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. We treated the staff with Australian chocolates which they absolutely loved. The food was incredible so we ate there our entire stay , I highly recommend staying here and will come back next time we visit Bali but next time we will stay longer than 3 nights.

Everything at property was outstanding, there was a tv but no channels so we downloaded movies on our iPad .

We loved our stay at Nero north. The staff were exceptional. Rooms were very nice and looked like the photos (but nothing special in our opinion). Location was great for us- you could cycle to the west to watch the sunset or cycle to the east if you wanted a greater selection of restaurants. The beach directly opposite the hotel is just stunning. So peaceful compared to some of the beaches on the island, with plenty of sunbeds. However it does get quite rocky/corally when the tide goes out, so bring sea shoes. The hotel also helped us organise the bikes which were only 50k IDR a day. Breakfast was a la carte and very nice- fresh juices and coffees. Overall we would definitely recommend Nero north to those who are seeking a more peaceful Gili T experience!

Bed was quite firm.

A great hotel with a very friendly staff. The room was spacious and pretty modern, the cleaning was spotless .The breakfast and food in general was also pretty good with a lot of options to v choose from. The location of the hotel is about 25mins walking/10mins with a bike from the busy area of the island but this was perfect for us because the hotel area was very calm and quiet. In addition, our room was nicely decorated when we arrived with swan shaped towels and "Honeymoon" sign made from flowers which was a lovely touch. Overall we had a great stay and if we visit Gili T one day again, we will definitelt stay at Nero North!

Everything was great!

This property is on the quieter side of the island, which suited us fine. Loved having the beach right outside. Is a nice sandy beach with sunbeds to use & we saw turtles in the sea from the beach. Nice breakfast at the hotel, with good variety & restaurants near by for choice of dinner. Well maintained property, very clean & tidy. Staff were all lovely, helpful & made you feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend & hope to stay here again in the future

The only complaint was that the bed was very hard, but that is more of a personal preference that I prefer softer, & unfortunately right outside our room was a bad drain smell, but could not smell inside the room so did not affect our stay

The room we had was very comfortable the air-conditioning was amazing. A very large shower room with a good pressure. Super king bed was very nice and comfortable. The staff couldn’t have been better they were very friendly attentive remembering me by first name even though I had such a short stay, breakfast was very nice. They had a big menu with lots of different things to choose from including freshly pressed juices. The location on the island is perfect, outside of the main harbour area where it can get quite loud so it is very quiet in the evenings also very scenic but yet close to everything you need on the island we had bike rental next door, which is easy to get around the island Along with the beach area they have which we enjoyed my 30th birthday meal on. The staff brought out a cake for me and sang happy birthday. It was very bliss and a perfect way to spend our three days on Gilli. T. There was also a cute well fed cat on the property who was friendly and always greeted us in the mornings.

The hotel is very modern and the rooms are stunning. Very nice design and super spacious. The staff is also very helpful and great. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I had in all bali. The choice is fantastic and everything that's amazing. The pool is also a great size and you also have access to the beach. This side of the island is more quiet but has great restaurants and bars. we'd definitely come again.

It's absolutely not the hotels fault and just a small thing to be aware: As you are on the north side and you can only take bikes it's quite exhausting to get to the harbour side where all the bars are. The roads are quite sandy as you are on an island and the bikes aren't the best ones (they have the same bikes everywhere so nothing the hotel can do about that) If you want to go out you'd have to take quite a dark path through the island back which isn't ideal for a solo traveller. But we weren't there to party (the crowd is very young) so it didn't bother us too much and we lovely our stay.

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a warm atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious with great variety. A big thank you to the team for making our stay so enjoyable – we truly felt cared for and will definitely return!

Located at the northern end of Gili T, it is absolutely perfect for snorkelling with turtles right out the front of the hotel. We enjoyed breakfast daily on the beach and the staff are absolutely amazing! This is the quieter part of Gili but still close enough to reach busier spots on a bike if thats your thing. The staff booked us a private boat tour with a guy named Anam (highly recommend) and he was a legend. So friendly and hospitable. We travlled with kids and Id recommend staying here for sure.

A la carte breakfast was delicious with a good number of options. We could eat in the restaurant, on the beach, or in our room. We stayed in the private villa with our family and it was beautiful and very spacious. The resort helped us arrange everything we needed for our vacation (snorkeling trip, bikes, laundry, etc)

Our a/c wasn’t working great our first couple of days, but they did fix it after we asked them.

We liked every about this property , staff friendly and helpful , breakfast included was amazing . The restaurant food all day was exceptional. We would stay here again . Hotel were helpful to get bikes as was the end of Ramadan and a lot of things had shut down. Note to self avoid the end of Ramadan for future trips .

The only thing I didn’t like was the hotel doesn’t offer pickup from the port . Trying to get transport to the hotel was a nightmare. We were a group of 15 and all ended up seperated. Not ideal when it’s a logistic nightmare .
