Excellent location, rooms were very spacious, everything was very clean, wonderful amenities throughout. Would absolutely stay here again!

Check in took an unnecessarily long time. We waited in line to check in about 45 minutes. Then once it was our turn in took 15-20 minutes just to check in. And I checked in online prior to arrival but soon came to find that was pointless. Never had it taken more than 3 or 4 minutes to check in to any hotel. Also it would be nice to have microwaves in the rooms since there are mini fridges.

The room was clean and nice enough with a good city view, and the bed was comfortable, though the pillows were too soft in my opinion, I had to put two together and even then my head would sink but not a deal breaker. I loved that it was connected to the Boston Exhibition Center because I went to a convention. It was great to simply cross the little bridge and be at the hotel or the convention without going out in the street (as it was quite rainy and windy). Also, the complimentary breakfast was wonderful! I ate so much I didn't need to have lunch, it was fresh and delicious, and the waiters were very nice and checked on me enough that I felt taken care of, but not so much that it was annoying, shout out to them. Also, I didn't hear any noise from my room, which was wonderful as after a day of conferences and round tables, I needed my rest :)

I didn't like that one of the towels in my room was very old, and I mean, it was raggedy and had a couple of holes in it. Also, when I checked in the guy at the reception wasn't that nice. He wasn't rude or anything, but it seemed like he was annoyed with me from the get-go and his answers had such a tone of annoyance that I preferred to not ask anything else (for the record I asked two questions: where is the breakfast, and can you repeat that please? as I didn't understand the first time). I would give it a 10 except for the check-in experience and the towel issue. Also, they should have an airport/train station shuttle, given its convenient location.

The clean room with freshly laundered sheets. The breakfast was excellent and the people working in the breakfast facility were outstanding. They were polite, had smiles on their faces creating a happy atmosphere, and the food choices provided for all tastes. A special shout out to the gracious, warm hostess from Morocco who went out of her way to make sure your morning would be as perfect as possible.

The lobby needs an upgrade. Furniture in lobby was shabby looking.

Great firm large bed, air conditioning, $25 free food voucher each day

Room had a funny smell to it, no view, over looked the flat roof with ventilation vents etc. Coffee/tea machine wasn't plugged in, but we couldn't reach the socket without calling maintenance to move the unit which contained the refrigerator. All in all I would stay again. This Hotel is located in the business area, so very quiet at weekends. Handy for the Silver line buses to the airport and into tourist area. Haven't been to USA for many years, food expensive everywhere and poor quality on the whole. Portions too large. Average price for burgers and chips £20 each without any drinks, seafood risotto £30, beers £8-10 for a USA pint (smaller than UK), wine £15 a glass, soft drink/coffee £5.

Everyone was friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean. The attached dining facilities were excellent! I'd highly recommend MJ O'Connor's especially. The pool was well cared for and an enjoyable place to relax, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The maid staff was excellent!

One of the sets of escalators seemed to be out of service, which is generally not great (it was on the opposite side as the working escalator and elevators, which meant that in order to make it to upper levels, you HAD to be on one side of the building--more accessibility is always better!)

The hotel is very clean, feels new, and modern. It felt like a privilege to be there. Staffs were all professional and nice. I liked that there is a filtered water and carbonated water station on each floor. I stayed here for Boston Marathon, and it was phenomenal to have a shuttle bus take the runners to the finish area in the morning, though I still had to walk for about ten minutes from the drop-off point because there were so many road closures in the area. I had vouchers for breakfast, and the breakfast buffet at Sauciety was amazing.

This is very minor compared to the overall experience, but the dresser in my room had a drawer that just would not stay closed. It kept rolling out to open, so I wedged a folded paper towel to keep it shut. Also noise from other rooms were noticeable, but it's normal in a hotel.

The hotel is nice and clean. The queen beds are seems a little smaller than usual. The blanket was a winter blanket, too warm for the season but is general is a good business hotel.

There was long queue for check out, no sign of drop key. We were on rush to catch a flight and had to leave without checking out. At the exit of the park the machine jammed the ticked and we had to wait long time for a lazy guy to fix the issue.

The room was comfortable and spacious. I had booked a room with breakfast included. Reading one review it mentioned a voucher and that it was a specific amount of money that did not cover the cost of breakfast. This was not my experience, when we checked in we were given vouchers for a breakfast buffet which was excellent quality, the voucher also enabled us to have an omelette if we wished ovens cooked as we requested. The breakfast was excellent and all staff at the hotel helpful.

Great view. Convenient location for my activities. On site restaurants and services. Clean facilities and pleasant staff.

The bed didn't seem to be the vaunted Westin Dream Bed. It was a bit hard and left me with a little discomfort in the morning. Though the hotel provided a small voucher for some of its shops, this voucher could not be used to purchase bottled water. There was no complimentary bottled water available. We did find that there were water fill stations near the ice machines, but this is only helpful if you'd traveled with your canteen, which is not always practical.

We loved the water bottle refill stations. We go everywhere with our reusable water bottles and really appreciated that you offered that service. The kids loved the pool and I used the gym. Both were clean well appointed. I also really appreciated that we could plug our car in, in the parking garage. Huge bonus for us!

The only problem we had during our stay was getting to the waterfront district with our stroller. We kept running into stairs. We would have loved a walking map of the area to know the best way to get into that part of the city.
