We had traveled by motorbike as a group of four to see the highlands and surrounding areas and we were also looking to do some outdoorsy things being so close to Ben Nevis, mainly running/hiking… The caravan was more than suitable for the group we had even with quite a lot of items we had brought and the location is perfect - close enough to town by walking (15mins roughly) or 5mins in a taxi which are always available and not expensive…. The facilities in the caravan are as expected and the site is very clean and tidy with no security issues experienced for the bikes left unattended…. The on-site shop is well catered and has most things you would need with only maybe the restaurant not serving a breakfast type menu after 11am being the only gripe from our group as we had a late start one morning (but being very picky here) Ben Nevis is accessible from many start points and heart attack hill (start point) is literally outside the sites entrance for direct route to the trails to the summit I would be more than happy to return here again and use it as a base to go out/back without hesitation 😄
Possibly just the menu/change over time to the lunch menu at the on-site restaurant and also if you do return after 9pm from a days trip out like we did often it’s not possible to eat on site but again we’re being quite picky here

We have been here before and will continue to go back whenever possibel. It is a wonderful place with all the confort and privacy one might desire in a stay. The cottages are perfect and make us want to stay longer than planned. We highly recommend experiencing Glen Nevis Holidays !
Unfortunatelly, on our first night of stay there was a power failure specifically in our cottage (#8) and we became quite distressed for there was no one in the Reception building, it was a Saturday evening, very cold and we were in the middle of dinner celebrating our arrival. Thankfully, after sending various messages to diferent numbers one of them got through to someone in charge and it took less than an hour to get the probelm fixed.

We stayed in the caravans and they were so cute, fully equipped and so comfortable. Upon arrival we found they had supplied everything we needed for coffee and tea in the morning, including milk in the fridge and shortbread for a morning snack until we could get to the store. The location was so quiet and so beautiful with mountains right in our back yard. You could walk out your door and take a lovely walk by the River Nevis. Very close to all kinds of outdoor adventures and hiking trails. One morning when I was drinking my coffee at the picnic table I was surprised to look up and see a Hairy Coo staring at me over the fence across the gravel road. It is only a short drive to Steall Falls. We loved everything about it here. You can walk to the shop for food and to the restaurant for lunch and dinner. This was the perfect place for us in Glen Nevis. I hope I get to come back someday
I wish we had a hair dryer but honestly I was so surprised about how much cookware and other items they provided…it is clearly self-catering and they go above and beyond

We, a family of four adults, had booked a three bedroom camper / caravan for our stay. We had never stayed in such a place before and hence it was an adventure plus a new experience for us. The stay was fantastic and extremely enjoyable. While we expected the accommodation to be cramped, it was really very well set up and we had an outstanding time. The parking was in open and there was absolutely no issue. The most of the restaurants do close early by 8 / 9 pm for last order and thus dinner needs to be planned properly. All in all, it was a fantastic, wonderful and enjoyable experience and holidays.
In-camper washing machine and dryer could have helped. However, it was really not an issue as there was a laundry room with 2 large washing machines and 2 large dryers available. The camper had one master bedroom having a double bed and with attached toilet and two bedrooms with two single beds in each room. A common toilet and shower facility was provided. However, in our opinion the camper would be very crowded and tight for 6 persons.

Perfect house set up with everything you need for a holiday with family. The house's styling is old fashioned but it is clean, well maintained and well equipped with everything you need. The reception team were really friendly and helpful, they made a plan for us for an earlier check in and we arrived to milk in the fridge and shortbread and fudge on the shelf. The location is better than we expected with incredible mountain views, many walks out our front door and other sites and attractions within a half an hour drive. Our toddler loved visiting the resident highland cows and I thoroughly enjoyed the high pressure shower. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could of stayed longer.

Our stay at the self-catering lodge at the Glen Nevis holiday park was absolutely delightful. The lodge was spotless, cosy and had everything we could have wanted, including everything you need in the kitchen, iron and ironing board, books recommending local hikes and routes etc. We also really appreciated the lovely Christmas tree and the hamper stocked with goodies - a really thoughtful touch. The location is also perfect - a short drive to many local hikes and some starting on your doorstep and only a quick drive into Fort William and Inverlochy. We had such a lovely time - we will hopefully be back in the near future and would highly recommend!

Where do I start? Absolutely fantastic, spacious, tastefully decorated and smartly equipped cottage, with views to die for and a kitchen that my wife said she would divorce me if I didn't get her one like that. I actually agreed to that - loved the kitchen. Probably the most comfortable beds I ever slept in. Appliances for every need. I did not know the names for most of the kitchen utensils that were provided, but apparently my wife was impressed. We did not find a bottle opener, but i guess this was for the health-oriented guests)) A feeling of total tranquility and seclusiveness, yet a 5 minute walk to a great restaurant, and a 10 minute walk to a lively campground with a good cafe, a grocery store, and kids for my kids to mingle with. Air, lots and lots of fresh air. And quiet. After the lovely but noisy Edinburgh (I am referring to the seagulls that always seem to yell at each other right outside my window ay 3 am), this was serene. Location. A river across the road, a waterfall and a fantastic nature walk within a 5 minute drive, a lively town center within a 10 minute drive. I am literally sobbing. I want to go back and stay there.
Gotta write 2 or 3 sentences in this field. Everything was perfect. I want to live here. ALways.

When we walked in the place was pristine and all modern conveniences to the point we were shocked. We loved the finer details including the cutlery being organised in such a beautiful way. Whoever cleans the cabins is beyond organised. It was absolutely silent in the whole area despite us being up there for a named storm. The staff helped us find a good place for walking boots and were very friendly. Though we didn't need to speak to them very often. We had a parcel sent up from Cornwall and somehow it got there in 24 hours, beyond amazing, but to top it off we went to the wrong reception after they called us to let us know and the grounds keeper shot off in his van to grab it ASAP which was beyond amazing. Honesty the only bad thing we have to say is that we had to come home.
We had to come home

The location was excellent, the lodge had all the amenities you could wish for.A bonus for me( not sure if this was stated on their website) was that they had 5 EV chargers at a very reasonable price, so reasonable, I wasn't tempted to charge my non-Tesla car at the Tesla chargers in Fort William.
The toilet was way too high,I know why it is that way, but it was a minor inconvenience. Also, the cleaners should check under the rubber shower mat, quite a bit of mould.

First time staying in a caravan. View is awesome. Very comfortable rooms. All other facilities(heater, kitchen, oven, bathroom) were awesome. Kitchen was equipped with all utensils. They shared a welcome manual explaining all instructions Perfect for a family of 4 specially if they are planning multiple hikes. They mailed you a brief introduction of how to reach and nearby places as well before reaching. helped a lot during our stay.
A bit costly for 2 people but perfect for a family of 4 Mobile network is weak.
