The hotel is located in an excellent location. Our side had a view of the sea and olive groves. Plenty of parking spaces around the hotel. The advantage is that there are no other hotels nearby, so it is quiet and peaceful. In essence, a warm recommendation if you are going with small children. As for the food, everything was as it should be. We spent many summers in Spain, so this is a classic 3-star hotel. Friendly staff. They were always really kind and helpful for anything needed. As for cleanliness, the rooms are cleaned every day, towels and bed linen are also changed daily. Also, the hotel as a hotel it was very clean, everything always smelled, the toilets around the pool are very clean, which is commendable. We can certainly recommend this hotel in the category of 3-star hotels :)

There are a few things that are not, big complaints, but not having soap and shampoo in the rooms? This was perhaps the first time we experienced this in a hotel on a trip that was not an apartment-type hotel. Also, if an all-inclusive service is already offered, according to us, is it a standard that you can rent towels for the beach and the pool with a deposit? That's perhaps a recommendation for improvement... Also, the playground for children around the hotel needs to be renovated at least a little, they seem really worn out.

Food was great, many options to choose from at any time of day. It was a joy seeing our child choosing between so many delicious fruits, eating happy and healthy. Well done. Swimming pools for kids are safe and fun, especially the aqua playground. Entertainment was well calibrated to enjoy, both during the day and at night. We appreciated using reusable glasses, simple and effective. Room, public areas are constantly cleaned.

Lack of smoking areas. It should not be allowed to smoke around kids pool and at night for kids entertainment.

All staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful - entertainment staff were great fun. Food available was really good, far exceeded our expectations. Something different each night. I dont eat meat but there was always a couple of different fish / vegetarian dishes, as well as the extensive salad bar to choose from. All inclusive drinks were great quality, beer on tap (Estrella) very good. Didnt find the single cup thing an issue at all, can easily refil your own bottle / cup from self service soft drinks/water. Childrens pool area great for younger kids and older kids - we had a total of 6 children in our party from 12 to 2 and they all enjoyed it. We loved the poolside entertainment for both the adults and kids alike. Would thoroughly recommend, think its great value for money

Poolside toilets should be mopped more often as no drainage so have standing water and can be very slippy.

Excellent value for money, when they say all inclusive let me tell you everything is, it may only be a 3 star hotel but don’t let that put you off, the hotel caters so well for kids, there is an onsite water park that is suitable for toddlers upwards a play area tennis courts pony rides crazy golf and much more. Life guards are on duty at both big pools all day and there is never a shortage of sun beds as they have hundreds of them.

The hotel is a good hours transfer from the airport and is situated in an a remote area, there is a shuttle bus that takes you to the beach but if you want to walk it’s a good half hour and the same to the centre where the shops are. The hotel doesn’t provide pool towels so remember to take your own and upon arrival you get issued with your own plastic cups that you use for all of your outdoor drinks if you lose them you have to buy new ones at 1 euro each. The rooms are small and don’t have tea and coffee facilities but there is a hairdryer and air conditioning .

The room was basic but very clean. We has a lovely view from our balcony. We liked that the hotel was not using single use plastic glasses for our drinks and that we had a robust plastic glass which we used all week. The pool areas were clean with plenty of sunbeds. We found the food to be plentifull and to a standard that we expected for the price point.

The rooms have thin walls with no sound proofing and you can hear everything from your neighbours. If you happened to have noisy neighbours/crying children, it could be difficult. The pillows were terrible but I did ask if they could be changed and they were. I almost missed the fact that no pool towels are available. It is a large family hotel so be prepared for noisy children.

Was The third time that I stayed in Canários Park. The staff is absolutely amazing and make us felt at Home. Very welcome. A special Thank you to: Juan, Roberto, Carlos and Miguel from the reception and Ahbou from restaurant. Brilliant staff members!

The entertainment could improve. Finish early and could be better. Also more activities on The swiming pool.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent – from cleanliness and comfort to the overall service. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and professional, making me feel right at home. The entertainment was also great and very enjoyable; we were never bored during our stay. Thank you to the hotel management and the amazing team. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to others

Pretty good location for those, who wants to easily reach the sea and beach. About 10 minutes of walk to beautiful viewpoint and beach. We loved all inclusive package - different kinds of food, snacks. Attractive evening program, events. Good ammount of sunbeds at the pool area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially the dining room personel. Big thumbs up to your kitchen staff member from Senegal (not sure about the name, but works here like ~20years, if i'm not mistaken). This man deserves a medal. Hardworking, focused, but at the same time spreads good atmosphere. We loved his communication, funny and friendly short talks. Our first thing to do when we enter for breakfast - search if this guy works today. Big thanks to all HSM staff of course. We felt welcome. Our little stay here was brilliant! Would surely come back again :)

It was weird that to borrow an iron you need to pay 6€/day. Also 2€ per game price for pool was also a bit annoying. You can hear everything from other rooms. Pretty bad sound isolation.

Overall everything was very good. I really liked the animation team and the activities they carried out.

I am a vegetarian and unfortunately there was not always enough variety of food, especially for breakfast. I didn't like the cleaning in the room. Sometimes it felt like they didn't clean at all. There was too much mess there and it didn't take much effort, but at least you could get some papers off the nightstand.
