The staff is extremely friendly. The receptionists are so helpful and they can help you out and give you recommendations if you wanna explore the city. They can also hook you up with a cheap taxi. The beach is so clean and quiet and extremely comfortable. The rooms are very nice and the views, even from the cheapest rooms, are out of this world. And it’s far from the hustle and bustle of the city! Definitely coming back again🫶🏽

We had the pleasure of staying at Luxotel Aqaba Beach Resort & Spa for three unforgettable nights, and we couldn't be more delighted with our experience. The food at the resort was absolutely exceptional – each meal was a delightful culinary journey, with flavors that left us craving for more. Whether it was the buffet or a la carte options, everything was prepared to perfection. Our room was spotless, with every corner carefully cleaned, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The breathtaking views and tranquil surroundings made our stay even more special. We spent our days enjoying the serene beach, the spa, and the amazing facilities, and we left with a sense of rejuvenation and a heart full of cherished memories. Luxotel Aqaba truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return for another unforgettable stay!

svetlana at reception was such a kind and welcoming person - the door man was exceptional - the guys at the coffee shop make the best cappuccinos - the chef at the buffet is superb - we absolutely loved our time at luxotel - the sport and leisure team so chilled - the staff really make this hotel special - it's very attentive but with relaxed and genuine vibe - not overly corporate like other big chain hotels - really great staff

Good size room, modern and it seemed quite new. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the breakfast, with huge variety of food, it was great. The staff was very professional and ready to assist anytime.

The pool was a bit too quiet for us .. would have been great to have some background music.

Perfect for a time out, quiet, few people, amazing view and beach access. We got a free upgrade with sea view which was totally worth it. On request the hotel helps getting a taxi for 10 Jod from Aqaba.

In the low season, the hotel offers no breakfast buffet. Thus, we received fresh omelette and the usual dips like hummus. Unfortunately more choices like pancakes, fruit salads or fresh pastries were not available. I would have expected more here. However, we really loved everything else so it was still a 10 for us :)

The hotel is like a little oasis: it has its own private beach with corals and a diverse sea life just in front of the beach! You can rent snorkeling gear and see the most amazing animals. Very modern and clean hotel rooms, the whole hotel is extremely clean and smells nice. The cleaner even made the effort to make some beautiful ‘towel art’ when changing our towels (see picture)! The breakfast is very good and there is a lot of choice. The chef is really nice and made us try several local dishes (like the bean stew, I recommend!). In fact, all the staff were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable. It’s a great place to unwind and enjoy some nice weather.

There is no supermarket on premise, the closest one is in the Tala Bay region (30 mins by foot or 5 mins by car). Please note that the hotel is about 15-20 mins (by car) from Aqaba center. If you don’t have your own car, you need a taxi (costs 7-10 JOD), which is a bit inconvenient. But to be honest we only left the hotel once, it’s just a great place to be!

I think this is the last hotel in Aqaba before you hit the Saudi border. It is therefore quiet and what I really liked was that it wasn't a huge resort. The hotel is fairly small and right on the beach so most of the rooms enjoy beautiful views. The staff were so lovely - really welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great, the rooms are modern and spotless, there is a small gym guests can use and the Royal Diving Club is right on site. I would definitely come again.

At around 3pm for some reason the pool staff like to put on music. I don't have a problem with that but there seemed to be only 4 songs on a loop and the connection was poor so there were constant interruptions. If they want to play to music, maybe something a bit quieter and ambient might suit this lovely relaxed hotel a bit more!

The hotel is located in a quiet area. You need a car to visit Aqaba. This didn't disturb us as we had everything we needed in the hotel. They offer a buffet dinner for a competitive price and at lunch there were some small food choices. The coral reef in front of the private beech was beautiful and you could spot lots of fish just snorkeling from the dock. There were plenty of loungers on the beach. There is no alcohol sold in the hotel but you can bring your own. The rooms are quiet, modern and clean. The staff were all very friendly. Svetlana in particular was very helpful. If in Aqaba we would certainly return.

The hotel is quiet even though it was a holiday, good music at the pool, the staff is excellent and always available and willing to help, especially Svetlana, the receptionist, Ahmed, the dining room manager, and the lifeguards Baha, Mohsen and Samir, all great. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, there are free soft drinks in the minibar, the food is very tasty, both at breakfast and in the evening, and the salads and fast food at the pool, all at reasonable prices. In short, we had a great time.

A bit far from the center, but there are taxis at a reasonable price.
