We liked the location most of all. it's great that there is a lift. fully equipped kitchen. the overall size of the place. very easy check in, very smooth. a washer and dryer.

we didn't like the feather duvets, as a member of the party is allergic and was unaware and woke in the small hours with breathing difficulties. the coffee table while lovely, it's very low and not practical. this one is just me being picky but some curtains in the living room, even if they are decorative would warm up and soften the room. the people upstairs were very loud late at night and small hours in the morning, maybe rugs to dampen the noise.

Great location in a beautiful building. Can imagine in summer it’s very busy round here right on the Hoe. I stayed in a ground floor small apartment round the back. It had everything I needed. The company provided a code for the door and were very helpful. Mandy in particular. Cosy and warm with underfloor heating.

On arrival I found the standard of cleaning to be sadly very poor. There was a water glass in the shower, actually on the shower floor. There was plastic on the dining table, a used tissue in the bedroom bin, a half empty carton of milk in the fridge and the skirting boards were thick with dust. It appeared someone had changed the bedding and given the bathroom a clean but not checked the rest of the apartment. I was a little apprehensive about the code for the door and no key but it appeared perfectly safe. As a lone female I didn’t go out at night due to the entrance being at the back of the building on a very quiet street.

Absolutely amazing. Great response from the host. He was amazing as I didn't really understand how to use booking to find my code but he was there immediately to help. The accommodation was absolutely perfect. Clean and tidy yet cosy and warm. The layout was perfect for us and the bathroom...... Well what can I say other than wow. The heated floors were a treat for my feet :) Parking at the property was easy. Right on the sea front and only a short walk to the town. I will definitely be booking here again so see you soon!

The location was excellent and near to my family. Very comfortable bed.

I had problems getting through the front door as it was very heavy and you had to push really hard. Unfortunately the dishwasher hadn't been emptied and there were no biscuits or coffee pods. My grandson emptied the dishwasher for me whilst i sent a text to housekeeping and biscuits and coffee pods appeared the next day. So all good. I am coming back at the end of the month.

The accommodation offers stunning views, with the beach scenery being particularly amazing. The room was spacious with a cozy bed, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. Highly recommended for a peaceful retreat.

While my stay was overall enjoyable, there were a couple of minor issues. Firstly, I found that the main door was difficult to open, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the size of the lift was rather small, making it a bit cramped, especially when carrying luggage. These were minor inconveniences, but worth noting for future guests.

We stayed here recently as our son was getting married in nearby Mount Edgecombe. This property was outstanding! Fantastic views! Best view of Smeatons Tower just from the kitchen window! Well equipped, spacious, modern, very clean and comfortable beds. It was a hit with everyone in the family. Andy was very helpful. We will be back! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️

Not a thing!

Lovely position on Plymouth Hoe. Well appointed apartment, everything you could need. Beautiful building, staff friendly and helpful. Would be perfect for an extended stay

Could do with a second parking space for such a large apartment, parking on the road overnight is very expensive in Plymouth. Hot water ran out despite a huge tank, so it may not have been turned on for enough time during the stay.

Beautiful period property in an excellent location to enjoy the Hoe and Barbican, with a short walk to the town centre shopping.

Not sure why but the taps in the upstairs bedroom sink were not working. Wasn’t the end of the world as the main bathroom has his n hers sinks so didn’t impact us too much, was fine the last time we stayed there.

This apartment was in a fabulous location right on Plymouth Hoe with views over to Mount Edgcumbe from one window, overlooking Smeatons Tower from another, and over to Lee Moor and Dartmoor from another window. The beds were amazing. Amazing apartment with a quirky top floor room for the teenage children.

That we couldn't stay and enjoy it for longer.

Location was great, right on the Hoe which was perfect. Apartment had everything you needed. Welcome cookies was a great touch.

Only negative is that the door to the apartment did not 100% feel secure. Having a keypad to get in is great as you are not carrying a key about but you have to check several times that the door is locked when you leave/get in as it sometimes didn't feel like it shuts properly.
