The facilities of the hotel was very new and well maintained. I been to Japan quite a bit and could tell the hotel has a lot of japanese influence, such as heated toilet seats, seperate toilet and bath room, a lot of attention to detail was made such as wall hangers for jackets and coats. There's also 2 washer and 2 x dryer on 10 and 24 flr which operates on a laundry card that you can purchase from the hotel lobby. Location is pretty near the subway about 4-5 min walk, surrounded by many convenience stalls, cafes and restaurants. This is by far the best hotel out of our 13 days in South Korea

it delivers 100% of what it promises! the room is exactly as shown in the pictures, and everything is new, in perfect conditions and good quality. location is convenient as it has a subway station less than 2 blocks away. good options for food also close by. breakfast is of excellent quality and well served in a private room. staff is very kind and helpful, check out super fast!

the AC blows directly on top of the bed. it should be turned upwards instead.

The hotel location is amazing. It is surrounded by a lot of eating places. The hotel room has separated bath and WC.

There isn’t a proper driveway in front of the hotel lobby, so dropping off and loading up a few pieces of luggages can be tricky.

One front staff member (a man) gave outdated or wrong info on airport limousine bus/airport express time and options. He did not check the relevant websites and just gave out the info as if such info never changes. When I doubled checked, the bus numbers, first bus info/schedule, airport express train time and info were all significantly different from what the staff told me. This is a major problem for a hotel. Few other times I asked for subway/taxi info etc., the staff members either checked the relevant info first or confidently gave out correct info.

The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. They are also fluent in English and even Japanese apparently. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the paid laundry machines and free coffee/milk at the reception area. Location was pretty great—near the subway, convenience stores, an olive young, and a premium fruit store. The cafe—a twosome place— on the first floor is one of the largest and prettiest branches of the franchise I’ve seen so far. Rooms are wifi-ready and have automated water closets with seat warmers!

My only comment is their TVs aren’t smart/don’t have Netflix and other streaming apps.

The property is technically a 3 star by the Korean tourism rating but it’s really a 4 star quality hotel. They had free baggage check and the staff were very kind and professional. The location is great and very easy to get to the airport from. It’s nearby the old line walking parkway and has good food options nearby. It’s very easy to get to almost any part of Seoul from. The price we paid was very reasonable considering the accommodations and I will definitely be booking here again or recommending to friends.

The self check in was weird but you can just go to the desk.

Modern big hotel, which is well kept. Our room was sweet, we enjoyed the view from 11th floor, so would recommend asking for a room at a higher floor. Staff helped us when in need, so the overall experience was very positive. Even though there are plenty of hotels, it seemed that the area was quite local and less popular with tourists. We avoided the noise and tourist traffic of Hongdae, but it was one metro stop away, so easy to reach on demand.

The only small detail is that we noticed some mold under the bathroom sink. I understand that it's a common issues in humid rooms like the bathroom, but it still needs to be addressed. Other than this all was perfect.

Clean, great restaurant in the building and multiple great restaurants around. The building is new and clean, AC and the fridge in the room is effective. Bathroom is pretty roomy. Five minute walk to two big stations (Mapo, Gongdeok). Employees at the Front desk were helpful and friendly.

Housekeeping was confusing and inconsistent. They sometimes cleaned in the morning, sometimes not until 4PM. One time, I was in the room, housekeeping knocked and came inside to change the towels/trash without permission.

We love everything about this hotel. It’s super convenient. We were also upgraded for free when we checked in or we were given a room bigger than what we booked. Check in and check out are both self service. The staffs were accommodating too. They also allowed us to leave our luggages after we checked out since our flight was still in the evening. We will definitely book and stay here again when we go back to Korea. Cheers to the whole team!

There was a bit of a smell in our bathroom. But overall it was okay. Their bathroom is spacious as well and good water pressure.
