Location is great - near the facilities of Hillarys Boat Harbour, but far enough away to be free of noise and crowding. Great view out over the Indian Ocean. Well-designed self-catering apartment with all the facilities that we needed. Generous-sized and comfortable bed.

Fixtures and fittings in the room were a bit "tired" and needed refreshing/replacing. The seat of the sofa had partially collapsed and wasn't very comfortable. The refrigerator was dented and battered (but still worked!). The ironing board was difficulat to set up. No BBC World News channel on the TV !!

The setting we found ourselves in was absolutely stunning, characterised by its breathtaking landscapes and vibrant surroundings. It truly offered a picturesque backdrop that enhanced the overall experience, making it not just appealing but genuinely captivating. The natural beauty of the area added a unique charm that contributed to a positive atmosphere, allowing for both relaxation and inspiration.

The morning meal was not part of the package, which I found disappointing. Additionally, the checkout time was somewhat inconvenient, making the overall experience less than ideal. There wasn't a microwave available to heat up meals.

Clean, spacious, well located right near the beach with beautiful views. Lovely staff. Had to transfer rooms (see below) and because I was at a conference, the staff moved all of my belongings for me and took a lot of care to set everything up how it had been in the previous room which was very much appreciated.

I arrived late on a cold night and the heater in my room wasn’t working. When I brought this to the staff’s attention they attempted to fix the heater and when they couldn’t they upgraded me. So the only thing I didn’t like was resolved as soon as I brought it to their attention.

We had an apartment with a Spa bath and balcony overlooking the seafront. It was very spacious and had all of the facilities you would want. Large bathroom with a lovely spa bath, comfortable bed, great view. It was lovely watching the world go by and all of the activities on the beach and sea and not forgetting to mention the sunset. We used the laundry room which was very useful, when booking we were unaware of this facility.

We felt slightly isolated as there was no supermarket close by, in our opinion having a car would be very useful and would certainly help with exploring the area too. The supermarket that we did find was approximately a 30 minute brisk walk away not ideal for people with lower mobility. In terms of the cafe on site it would have been useful if the opening hours were longer, maybe to offer lunch or possibly a drink. I went one morning for a coffee and it was closed.

It was roomy and had everything we needed.

The air conditioner was old and cold even though we put it up to 26. The air swing didn't work and there was a cold blast straight ahead where we watched tv, watching the Australian Open. We turned the air conditioner off once the room had cooled down and opened the sliding window near the balcony. We then had the noise of the people below us when they sat outside which went onto 11.00 pm. for 2 of our nights. They were just being a family and we didn't want to judge them for that. I think a ceiling fan would work better than this air conditioner.

Location is excellent, I like that it is quiet and away from business. I like that I can park my car underneath the building, it feels secure. I like that I can walk over the road to the beach and walk to nearby Hillary's marina. I like the fact there is a good BP service station very close by which does a great LF coffee.

The air conditioner dripped water all night and I had to turn it off. You can't open the door and let fresh air in as it says in the room its not safe to have your door unlocked!

Location - a few meters from Sorrento Beach and a short drive to Hillarys Harbour

Once I booked via booking.com I kept getting adds from the Website directly to say I could have an extra night at no cost or a package for AQWA when I queried staff at the reception they were quite abrupt to say I already entered into a contractual agreement via booking.com and they couldn't do anything about the extra night or the package deal. I did think the cost of the room was expensive at $299 each night no breakfast included

This is the third time we have stayed here, lovely place and in a good location, close to Hilary’s Harbour and a short drive to Perth and surrounding areas. We had a smaller room (54) this time, clean and tidy, although over looked the Carpark and was noisy as close to the main door, so lots of noise from other guests when entering or leaving the building.

No real view so unable to sit on the balcony, unless you want to look at a car park.

Location was close to Hillary's Boat Harbour where we were attending a function. Check-in staff were very friendly and welcoming. Undercover parking available and overall everything met expectations.

There was a QR code in the room to order from the restaurant however when we went to order it stated it closed in the morning. When raising with reception they stated this was limited to breakfast. You could still order by calling reception or the restaurant directly. It was not clear and confusing. The person at reception said this comes up all the time. It is recommended they put a menu and instructions on how to order in the room. Not a major issue and we ended up walking to the BP close-by to get some snacks before our night out.

The staff could of helped us out enough and the price was high during school holidays and rushed to book due to unfortunate family circumstances. we have stayed there in the passed and will continue to book when need again. highly recommended; thanks team.

The circumstances of booking this accommodation. We didn't really get the 'on holiday' experience due to the booking being related to a funeral. This has no bad reflection on the accommodation. We have stayed here before and will continue to book again in the not too distant future.
