Nice room, confortable bed A table with 2 chairs on the patio facing the garden. Lovely garden with lots of plants Breakfast was included and good. Restaurants walking distance, a shopping mall and an ice cream Shop. The most important is that the employees of the hotel make you feel at home. It is a very secure place for a solo traveler.

Excellent breakfast in the covered patio. If you like decor, the owners have a great collection of clocks, masks, irons, etc on the walls in various parts of the building. The back garden is small but filled with flowers and other plants. Our room #4 was large with plenty of room to place our luggage and still move around. Liked it so much we stayed before going to Flores and a second stay after Flores, the last night before our flight home.

Convenient to the airport. Staff had taxi waiting for our early morning flight. Felt safe walking to get something to eat and a small mall with ATM is near.Beds are comfortable. Staff are very nice!

The room was very stuffy and hot. The ceiling fan didn't cool the room until night but it was eventually cool enough to sleep. A floor fan would have been wonderful but none available.

We had an early flight the next day, the room was so quiet it was unbelievable. The staff from the check-in until check-out were exceptional. They even prepared a carry-out breakfast for us as we were leaving at 5am! The room was so clean and large, definitely exceeded our expectations considering it was a very last-minute booking.

The best part are the staff, lovely hosts (I'm not sure if it's a family business but if it's not, they take care of it like it is). The rooms were clean and confortable. The location is pretty safe with a few shopping malls nearby and also real close to the airport.

The system of leaving the key and always having to ask to go out and come in for someone introvert as me was not ideal. I always felt bad for going out shortly and always having to call someone to open the door. The staff doesn't complaint, I just feel bad for doing it. The prices are a bit expensive but it was in the range from every hotel in that zone of Guatemala.

Front desk lady went beyond my expectations. Been staying at different hotels and nothing like this one. it’s clean, good vibe and great food. Safe location. I thought not having AC was going to be an issue but I was wrong, maybe because it’s December? Their patio is so relaxing, wish I could have stayed longer. Will definitely come back!

Fridge was unplugged, had to plug it myself. You can hear a disco near by, but it’s tolerable specially if you’re tired. Also, wall is thin you’ll be able to hear people talking next door. Thankfully they didn’t last long.

Amazing location from the airport. It was a nice, clean property but the staff was truly what made my stay exceptional. They also had breakfast included which was great. The gentleman at the front desk deserves a raise for how truly amazing he was. They also organized my transportation to and from the hotel.

In an earlier review, I called it a boutique hotel. I think that’s a little over the top because it’s not high end. But it is comfortable, quirky, and a very good value.

This might just be me because I am in my 70s. But I don’t normally need extra light. The lights in the room were low, and one of them didn’t work. The breakfast was just OK.

Charming small hotel with good security and friendly staff who make one feel at home and are beyond helpful! The interior courtyard and antique add to the unique appeal.

Towels are very rough!

I like small “boutique slow” hotels because you have a closer relationship with the staff. I was arriving a little bit later in the afternoon, but Antonio expected me and was ready.
