The accommodation is excellent, featuring a private garage with a free parking space just 2 minutes away. The U-Bahn station is also only a 2-minute walk from the property. Nearby, you will find shops, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, modernly equipped, and functional, providing all the essentials for a comfortable and convenient stay. It includes a large bathroom and a generous terrace, all within a newly built structure. Communication with the staff is quick, clear, and precise. I have nothing but praise for them!

The location is slightly distant from the city center, but it did not affect our stay.

The apartment is not in the city centre, but I checked it before the reservation, so there is no problem with it. That part of the city is amazing if you are interested in architecture and urban planning. All the necessary facilities are available nearby. The apartment was quite small (as I booked the smallest type), but still quite ok. It is totally suitable for spending the night there, but if you plan to stay the whole day there, choose a bigger one. The apartment is equipped with everything that you need, it's even possible to cook simple meals.

I prefer a sponge for the washing up over the cleaning cloth, but the cloth was still usable. The external shading is not dark enough in the morning, a curtain would be useful. The apartment seems a bit expensive, but I think this is the current price level in Vienna.

Nice appartement, good connection to the city (about 40 minutes by underground), quiet, some shops and restaurants nearby and also a lake within minutes.

Regrettably, the garbage was to be put just in the aisle. This wouldn't be a problem as long as it would be taken away daily. This wasn't the case and so there was bad smell there (not in the appartment) and there were also some cockroachs to be seen. Hopefully, a temporary problem. We contacted the facility and the garbage was taken away the same day. Moreover, there was no possibility to separate the garbage.

Room is nice and clean. There is large terrace with tables and chairs. There is supermarket, cafes and even lake with a small beach and a nice promenade nearby. There is tableware and other dishes, a nice size fridge and plenty of storage room. Metro and bus station is very close.

Management must write clearly that there is no stovetop, only microwave in the kitchenette and that there is no a/c. Instructions how to login to wifi (I didn’t get that right away) and where to get fan and iron would be very useful. Description states that there is great sound insulation, however I had a locked door in my room and I could hear even the most quiet coughing, on the other side, but I must say that it wasn’t neighbours, maybe staff room. Cleaning staff is the most sweet!! However email and website inquiries are answered late and not helpful at all. I had to pay for roaming and call 2 numbers and find out very tediously where the common room is.

First of all, we've visited at the end of the December 2024. It's a new part of town, with new buildings, wide pedestrian "streets" - all surrounding is for pedestrians. There was everything that we needed: supermarket, places to eat, and the nearby first metro station of U2 line. We parked our car upon arrival and "forgot" about it. It must be beautiful in the summer strolling around and by the near by lake. Apartment was: new, clean, equipped with everything we needed (as advertised), with more than good heating, quiet, overall comfortable, without any downside. Dealing with codes to enter the building, apartment and card for parking worked flawlessly. We were death tired of going to the museums, and Christmas Markets at the evenings, but the apartment was there to revive us fully!

Minor problem was: what to do with a car, while we had to get the parking card from the apartment? Hazard lights while getting the parking card was the answer. Maybe some mobile app should address this very minor issue?

We had a truly wonderful stay at FeelGood Apartments SmartLiving and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna! The apartment was spotlessly clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking — perfect for both short and longer stays. The building is located in a beautiful, modern residential area — a quiet green district with parks and a small lake nearby, ideal for relaxing walks. Although it’s not in the city center, the location is extremely convenient — right next to the final metro stop and bus connection, so getting anywhere in Vienna is quick and easy. The apartment was very quiet, allowing us to rest well after busy days exploring Vienna. There are also three supermarkets just around the corner, making it simple to pick up everything you need on your way home. A special thank you to the management team — they were always available, very helpful, and incredibly responsive. One of the highlights of our stay was their flexibility: they kindly accommodated our early check-in request, which made a huge difference after our flight. We truly appreciated their thoughtful approach and excellent communication. Another great bonus was the free parking just a 5-minute walk from the building — very convenient if you're traveling by car. All in all, this was a perfect choice for our trip. Clean, comfortable, quiet, well-located, and with outstanding service. Thank you once again — we would love to return in the future!

Everything was great.

Comfortable apartment, amenities were clean and of high quality. It is located in a new neighborhood with restaurants and shops nearby. Easy and close access to downtown Viena by metro.

Difficult to find, received too many instructions with way too many emails saying the same thing. Too many codes (for the apartment building, for the apartment, for the parking card). By the time I understood how to open the locker for the key card for the parking I realised it was empty. Another guest explained they didnt get a parking key card either. But I received a quick answer to my message saying that I would be reimbursed the cost of parking.

Very good location if you don't want to be directly in the city center. It's a newly built neighborhood, very modern and trying to create its own community. The apartment has everything that is needed for a short stay. It was rather clean inside the apartment and also in the building itself. The parking option is very nice and close by. Well handled by the owners. The U-Bahn barely 3 minutes by foot is also very convenient. For its price and how it's being advertised, it is definitely worth it.

The pillows need some reworking. Our pillows were basically flat and quite uncomfortable to sleep with. The room itself might need a little bit more personality, it does feel a little bit bland but that's just being picky.

Very comfortable bed and reasonable size of the room. A big plus was the kitchenette with all the needed utensils. And a very nice gesture were the Nespresso capsules and the complimentary pillow biscuits. Smooth self check in, which was explained very clearly via messages. We also were grateful for the free parking space in the adjacent garage to the apartment building. I would definitely recommend that place to anyone coming for a visit, yet I think a car should be a must cause Vienna is almost 30 minutes away from the place. Unless you use public transport.

There were only some spider webs in the corner of the room.

The apartments are small but enough for some days if you are in Holiday. It is in a quiet zone and really close to public transportation, with U2 directly in the city center.

The bad it was hard, if you have any problem with your back, spine you can have bar pains and some night without sleeping, but this depends in the person :) The water in shower always changed from hot to cold, so it hard to calculate when you can wash your hair, if you have long hair. The water at sink had hot water just if we opened the water at the shower ( i do not like that, because we are wasting fresh water with this solution :( ).
