The property is in a truly wonderful location, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, everything is lush and green, and it’s right on the lakefront. The layout of the house is very comfortable and well thought out, with everything we could possibly need already provided. It was spotlessly clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. There are also some fantastic sights and attractions nearby. I would return any time, even for a longer stay, it was a perfect getaway.

The location is beyond all expectations!

I have a complaint about the breakfasts in the restaurant. When we came for breakfast later than 8:30 a.m., there were 50% of the offered assortment available and the staff did not fulfill our requests to give the children pancakes or bring out more cheese. Please pay attention to this important point. Otherwise, the vacation was wonderful, thank you!

There were at least 70 properties forming part of the resort, which is not apparent from the photos. We were surprised just how many. Some of them right by the railway. We asked to be moved as we had been initially allocated a shady property right near the railway. No mosquito screens. No AC and it was 31°+ during out stay Welcome pack was quite inadequate. At over €250 a night, we think sufficient toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets for our stay could have been provided.

Our chalet was fantastic, and we had so much fun at the resort! They had a small restaurant near the water, and the kids swam, rented an SUP, and jumped off a giant inflatable iceberg while we enjoyed a beer and a glass of wine and some snacks. We used this as our launch point to visit Hallstatt for the day, and it was perfect. The bus left from right in front of the resort. The chalet had three bedrooms and a full kitchen. There were laundry facilities onsite, which we did use. I would have loved to stay here for a few more days.

The first day that we wanted to go to Hallstatt was a holiday, and the bus schedule that the front desk had shared was incorrect. Just check it yourself before you wait.

The resort has very good location and the houses are big with enough room for our family. It is very green and the outside area is well maintain. The price is very good for this area. Resort is very close to Hallstatt. The views are extremely beautiful.

The house should be renovate and it should be done soon. In our house does not work all lights, coffee machine was broken, the TV on the fist floor does not work, dishwasher does not work normal too. In general it was not clean and we should go inside with outside shoes, even in the bedrooms. For me it is not acceptable. Also the house does not have washing machine. For all resort has only 2 payable washing machines and 2 dryers, from them one does not work.

I was pretty easy to spot the reception, just needed to park outside, near the roundabout and cross the bridge. The check in took some time, since there was a line to the reception (it's the same line as for the grocery store). But it took no more than 25 minutes. The gym was

The pool didn't seem to impressive. It is basically a pond more suitable for kids for my taste. Also, they could provide some more toiletries. One small bottle of soap and shampoo per two people for 3 days was not enough. There was also a problem with the heating in our chalet, and it took about a day and a half for the technician to arrive, but at least meanwhile they gave as electric heaters which helped.

Our family loved the location of the resort and the facilities it provided. It has allowed everyone to relax and explore the surrounding mountains, lakes, and towns in their own style. The boat dock is right on your doorstep, and the trip to Hallstatt is a great day excursion without worrying about parking in the town. My nieces loved the swimming pool and enjoyed water activities on the lake. Towns (such as spa town Bad Ischl) are short train journeys away. The train winds its way around the lake, allowing you to explore the countryside.

The only downside was that the fridge size in our chalet was a tad on a small side (8 people and only a bar size fridge)

Everything was (almost) perfect. The location really makes up for everything. They have a swimming pool that the kids really enjoyed. They also have sports facilities, my family had fun with table tennis. When we were not indoors, the kids were playing in the big playground outside, with a stunning view of the lake and the mountains, and me and my husband loved staying there just soaking up all the beauty around us. Hallstatt is very accessible by bus from the hotel, the bus stop is a few meters from the reception. Other means of transportation is also available-- boat, train, bike or even walking if you're up for it (could take an hour or so with kids). By car is a bit challenging, but we saw people parking at a big parking space before reaching the tunnel (from Dormio hotel) and then they walk for about a kilometer (more or less) to the center, also a good option.

When we arrived and entered our apartment it was still dirty. So we had to go back down to the reception and were given a temporary accommodation in one of the chalets. This was a bit inconvenient because we came from a 12-hour drive (too much traffic on the road) from The Netherlands and we arrived in the evening, we were dead tired. The next day we had to pack again and move to the apartment. But the view from our apartment, and the apartment itself was super, so we forgot all the hassle. :-)

The entire resort is very nice, nice views and very nice villas. The house was very clean, very warm and with stunning views over the mountains.

- No coffee in the house, you have the Nespresso machine but no coffee, you have to buy your capsules from the minimarket at the reception. - The deposit. We had to put a 300 euro deposit at arrival, deposit that wasn't mentioned in the booking. It was released very fast at check-out.

Very spacious appartement, well equipped kitchen, beautiful views. Quiet location/village. Bike rental (normal/e-bike) at the resort, nice indoor swimming pool, public grass field and 'beach' to swim in the lake just in front of the resort . Small shop for food and commodities at the resort + possibility to pre-order bread. Very easy trip to Hallstatt either by boat (two companies), regional bus or bike. 10 min by car from Dachstein cable car.

Our appartement was in the main building, above the restaurant/kitchen/reception, which makes it easy to reach and allows convenient access to the shop/pool, but has one drawback: we regularly had the smell of (fried) food on our balcony and even inside if we opened windows, and sometimes cigarette smoke from the employees relaxing in their smoking corner below. As the restaurant closes around 10pm, luckily we had no noise nuisance (in September). Cleanliness of the appartement was average.
