The staff helped me immensely after booking.com messed up my reservation, hung up on me, lied and disrespected me as a customer. I would stay again just because of them, Alisha, Mel, and I think Tori. Booking.com however will be forever a company I will never use again. Shame on the company and your customer service.

The price was right. I was looking for an inexpensive hotel to spend a couple nights while visiting friends. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

I go and stay at the Polaris location often just to unwind from the previous week and I am never disappointed. The staff are always pleasant, accommodating and helpful. I always feel safe.

The mattresses could use some updating. They are a little too firm and not as comfortable as they could be. The lights in the room could be a little brighter.

We love this location; for the convenience of our trip(s). There is always ample room for our little family.

Literally the only negative; is we wish the sofa bed mattress (every time) would be replaced. the sofa & convenience of also being a bed is awesome! But the flat little mattress just isn’t the most comfortable thing.

Very large property in a quiet area.

Property was very clean, and great exterior appearance. Interior could use an update of cabinets and bathroom.

Location is great. Easy acces from I-71. Room was well designed, linens nice

No hair dryer. Coffee available only at breakfast (muffins, breakfast bars, oatmeal) nothing fresh. The worst thing- no CREAMER, that was without sugar! I asked about it, and management hasn’t gotten it for them. There was sweet vanilla, sweet creamer, sugar, and all sweeteners, but no plain milk or creamer for coffee, so bring your own! I bought some at Target, just 2 minutes away. PS I recommend Scramblers for breakfast- 5 minutes away, it is quality, delicious and friendly.

Easy to get to. Loved it had kitchen. And very reasonable compared to other hotels.

Need more staff...it's like 1 person does everything. She ran the front desk,cleaned the rooms and took out the trash. She was wonderful but over worked
