It’s a wonderful property. Great location by the sea, excellent restaurants and lovely staff. The rooms are renovated and there are more facilities than a few years back. The staff is extremely friendly especially Ahmad the lifeguard and Imad the room attendant. There was another room attendant on the 5th floor who was extremely helpful and professional but I forgot his name.

We arrived during the holidays and the hotel was packed. I felt that the staff wasn’t fully ready to accommodate that many of people, especially the breakfast buffet. It was always packed and they had to open another floor, but wasn’t equipped fully and the menu wasn’t the same.

The room was excellent; it was spotless and quiet, and it overlooked the Dead Sea. Appreciated the variety of options for breakfast.

During my stay, I noticed a few areas that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. Room Amenities: Unless specifically requested, bathroom accessories were limited to just towels. I had to call and request a basic item like a toothbrush, which ideally should be readily available or provided proactively. Dead Sea Beach Maintenance: The beach area requires better upkeep. Plastic bottles and other litter were scattered along the waterfront, detracting from the natural beauty and overall experience. Additionally, while I understand the unique conditions of the Dead Sea, the entry points into the water could be cleaner and more carefully maintained for guest safety and comfort.

We were here for 8 nights of our honeymoon and it was truly magical. The staff tried their best to make us feel special and looked after. Everyone is very professional and kind. There is so much about this hotel to like; the dead sea location, the several pools, the good food (especially the oak tree restaurant), the spa facility, and so much more.

The only negative we have is the disregard to cats and pigeons going all over the outside dinner tables. The staff didn't interfere with guests feeding cats and this is a hygiene issue they should stamp down on. We love cats but allowing guests to feed them means they learn to come back and they are intolerable in their invasiveness during meals. When we would have dinner outside the cats (dozen) would jump on the chairs and try to climb the table to get our food.

Very nicely landscaped hotel, pools at several levels dropping towards the Dead Sea, excellent dinner in one of the restaurants, good breakfast, very comfortable bed, good bathroom

Room "balcony" was really tiny, so not really useable, the sun beds around the pool were (almost) all taken when we arrived, so not easy to find two, it is a bit of a walk down to the Dead Sea beach, and the beach is ok but infrastructure is not great (again, no sunbed available and there was milky discharge going into the sea), staff at reception was competent but not very friendly

Look at the pictures, they tell their own story. My words can’t describe how much I liked it.

It is not that I didn’t like it. But there were 4 floors and the third floor had a weird sort of balcony which made it difficult to enjoy the view. As comprehensive as I am, it might be to give Muslim women a chance to be at the balcony as well so they can’t be watched. As a Dutch man, I would have liked to stay either on the fourth floor or second floor but couldn’t be bother to ask a change as I already unpacked my stuff after finding out there were more kinds of balconies.

Staff at the reception are very welcoming and friendly, thanks to Treq & Oumayma, who helped out in the check in and outprocess. pool Staff are very friendly and polite, Mohammed from Towel service is very kind and helpful. Breakfast was at the oAsis lounge as the main restaurant was closed during our stay, for maintenance, Vivian from Breakfast was helpful, kind and reached out regularly to see if we needed anything. Room cleanliness was good, though i found a brown-red spots on the bed cover, i was annoyed, though am sure the cover is clean and washed, but it looked odd to see this there.

Parking spots are very minimal, i had to park my car on the side of the road, because there was not enough spaces available as i arrived, and had to change it at night once some cars left. But I'm sure such a big resort must have more parking spots to accommodate number of guests, events, and rooms. we were seated on friday night at the oasis lounge to watch the ballerina show, the outlet supervisor or manager, kindly manged to get us high stools, since the place was packed. but underneath the table there were napkins, dirt and french fires, during our 1 hour and a half sitting there, no one cleaned it though i told the manager, but can someone please clean this so we can comfortable stay here.

It is needless to mention that the Marriott always offers an unmatchable exprience. What makes this one special is the superb warmth and friendliness of the staff; it truely reflects Arab hospitality! Also, the spa experience is one of a kind. If you are staying at the hotel or passing by, it is a must to have the dead sea salt and mud spa experience (and if you have more time, go for a full package). The experience itself is very unique and the talented therapists are just the cherry on top of the cake!

This luxurious hotel offers top-notch services and amenities that made our stay truly unforgettable. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request you may have starting from the security man Mr.aref jaradat , the receptionest Mr. Shadi and the champions restaurant guy Mr. Bashar and ending with each one working in the hotel ... even the room service calls that always asking how to make our staying better ... Overall, the Marriott Hotel Dead Sea is the perfect choice for a relaxing and indulgent vacation. Whether looking to unwind by the pool, pamper yourself at the spa, or enjoy a gourmet meal, this hotel has it all. Very exceptional and i do highly recommend it a lot ... 10/10 🥰
