It's a basic studio apartment that fulfils its purpose. Bathroom was modern. The apartment was clean. WiFi worked. Automatic check-in with a code (for the building and the apartment) worked well. Location was OK - it's obviously not in the very centre, but well-connected with metro and busses, and right opposite there is a parking garage for cars.

The staircase is fairly narrow; an elevator would be nice to bring up one's luggage. Even though the apartment had a "garden view", behind the garden there was the metro line (which runs above ground on some stretches), but at least with ear plugs I didn't hear it during the night. The fridge had been switched off, but when we switched it on it was fairly noisy. Other guests could be heard sometimes, but overall there was no problem.

The location is great because the neighborhood is quiet and has a U3 stop half a block away, making it super easy to connect with the entire city through it with an excellent arrival frequency. The accommodation is just what we were looking for since we went to explore the city and we would only spend time in the apartment to shower and sleep one night, so it is very good if you are looking for it for that, since in 13 minutes by subway you can get to the hbf and allstadt. It has a very easy self-check-in system and Davin always responded very quickly. When we arrived in Hamburg we arrived before check-in time but our room was already ready so they let us check in earlier. Then at check out you can leave your suitcases in the basement locker until 9PM that same day, it also has a bathroom there and a washing machine if you need, and a patio if you want to spend some time outdoors. The shower was great, excellent pressure and temperature. The cleaning staff was friendly. Everything was very new and clean both in the room and in the basement lockers, it seemed recently renovated. I got room number 21 and the trip was in June 2024, full Euro Cup

The only thing I didn't like was that I requested a room with a double bed and when I arrived, two single beds were accommodated, but when I wrote a message through the booking app to Davin, he sent a person to arrange the beds. Which I could have done myself, I wanted a big bed not two beds together with separate sheets, so I didn't like that, but hey, they were very comfortable anyway. At night there are not many options for dinner nearby, there is a street with restaurants a few blocks away but when we passed by (it was a little late like 11pm) everything was closed, so we ended up having dinner at a Burger King right in front of the Davin.

Overall the experience is really positive and I would recommend it, especially for working travelers. The room was quite small but new and really clean. It is not located in the city center but really close to the metro station.

The area where the room is located is outside the city center, the room is small (especially if you want to cook) and you can hear the noise from the other rooms.

I personally loved the most the self check-in method and actually experienced it for the first time here ever. It made it more comfortable for me, as I pretty much forget all the time about keys in general, haha. I stayed here for 5 days with a friend and our room was big enough for both of us. The room was also very clean and had a nice kitchenware, electric kettle, pretty much everything that you needed and everything presented in the photos and in the description of the room. I was also impressed with the bathroom, as it has everything you need and it has a simple modern clean look to it. ( and almost instant hot water, which is heaven :) ) Very quiet also, the only sounds that we could actually hear were the hallway steps sounds of the others that were staying at that time there, which is absolutely normal and didn't mind at all. As far as staff, the communication is amazing. Detailed information about everything is given to you a couple of days prior your stay and if you ever need to ask a question, the reply from the staff is fast and at almost any time, which is very impressive. Also, we didn't need to have our room cleaned during our stay or to change towels as we had our own towels from home, but if you need that, you can always ask for it and everything will be done for you properly. I'm adding this even though I didn't get to actually do that, because I could see almost everyday whenever I was heading out, the staff doing this service at the exact time everyday whenever they were asked for the others staying there, which is very nice.

This is not something I didn't like, it's just an idea that I thought about.. maybe you could also add a microwave, I think that would be amazing. :D Personally, I didn't mind not having one, but sometimes it really helps with heating up food fast, so it would be a very nice addition. Of course, this addition will come with a little bit of higher prices, but I think everyone should understand that if ever in the future you guys decide to add a microwave!

The location , the apartment, all was ok. The boy who cleans the rooms is very gentle and ready to help

The wash machine is in the basement and people let the laundry there for too long. If you need the wash machine you have to take the others people clothes and put them in a basket

The apartment was overall very quiet and ideally clean and fresh with very comfortable beds and an additional small sofa that was ideal for a tea drinking, coffee chatting hour. I liked also the small separate hall that made a separation of the bedroom from the bathroom area and the door, so one does not see or hear what is happening in the corridor/bathroom section. The newly renovated, ideally clean bathroom and freshly painted walls made a perfect impression.

There was some noise due to the proximity of the tram station during night.

The self check in was very convenient. The location was great, just across the roads from the ubahn. (Mundsberg) The staff were very efficient and WhatsApp texts were answered almost immediately. Staff could not have been more helpful! The beds were exceptionally comfortable.

I was disappointed at first as I thought I had booked a studio apartment that was in the pictures and it ended up being a room with a fridge. Staff were very quick to remedy this. So nothing to complain about!

- very nice, new apartments in a relatively quiet location - good location regarding shops and city center - nice personnel - easy check-in and access to the apartment

- renovations going on downstairs on some of the apartments - personnel cleaned the apartment and changed the sheets first after 3 nights of stay

The beds were comfortable, access was super easy. the television had access to Netflix, Amazon Video and Disney+ which was a pleasant surprise. the shower was very powerful and had a great range of temperatures. the whole room was very clean.

The shower clearly hasn’t been plumbed correctly or sufficiently with a u-bend in the waste outlet, so would emit the smell of stale water / sewage unless recently used.

The place was super for a short trip to the city, the Ubahn was close by , the backer in Hamburger Meile can be recommended.

The door to the room isn't very closed all light from outside can be seen in the night. That's the only thing I can put my finger on
