It was very clean. The balcony and the view are best parts. Very quiet and tranquille.

The kitchen is old all cupboards creaks very loudly. There's a big island in the middle making it hard to move around and cook. Also note there is no hammock at the property even though its in the picture. Also they do not provide much so please bring everything.

The location is amazing...steps to a beautiful beach that is quiet with cliffs all around and the beautiful white church. On off season you have this beach all to yourself. The pool and restaurant are really nice and the whole place is quiet and peaceful. Dog friendly too, which was great. Our dogs loved it - there is so much grass, open space to walk them and tons of cliff trails walking distance from the resort. You are right next to the beautiful cliff walking path to Benagil.

Since the houses are separately owned, some of them need painting and better upkeep and it would be nice if the pools were heated...maybe a pickle ball court?

Beautiful resort style location with amazing views. Swimmingpool and restaurant area were fabulous and gave a real resort feel, was family friendly (small kids playground). The directly adjacent beach was easily accessible and beautiful. Not too busy. Villa was spacious and fully equipped and you had a lot of privacy, a sizable patio/terrace with BBQ equipment. The restaurant Aquaresto was quite tasty and worth its money. No hassle checking in and departing, staff were generally helpful.

No wifi in the villas. Some areas at the resort seemed a bit run down, but nothing too serious.

Amazing location, amazing facilities. You can rent tennis rackets for 5eur each, private access to the beach, the swimming pools are really big and clean.

We were staying in a 2 bedrooms villa and they only gave 1 fan for the first night. After 3 attempts they finally got a 2nd one from the 2nd night onwards. There is no BBQ facilities as they advertise

I enjoyed the location. It has good pools and jts great for family. Glad to have dishes, microwave and all things needed to cook at the house. Also very nice to allow pets. The Restaurant was great, food was delicious! Staff was also very nice to us, always able to help and very friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Beds were uncomfortable, my boyfriend almost didn't fit on the bed. Head and feet touching on the bed and he has 1,73m. The house was also very old and had old furniture too.

Holiday village with great aquatic centre and beach. Well kept landscaping and communal areas. Very nice villas with well equipped kitchens, the only thing missing was a dishwasher. Villa we stayed had updated decor, new beds and sofas. Very good WiFi coverage.

Outdated lighting missing bulbs. No desk inspire of plenty of space in the living room and excellent WiFi.

Great location for exploring nearby area but barely needed to leave property considering the beautiful beach and pools overlooking the ocean. Boardwalk connecting to nearby beaches provides spectacular views. Vila had outdoor patio (umbrella provided for shade) which was perfect for enjoying our breakfast and snacks.

Staying here in Low Season (mid-April) I was exceptionally lucky with the weather (mid-twenties) and the complex was practically empty - wonderful!

A few more utensils in the kitchen - like a sieve and perhaps a couple of oven dishes / trays. I prefer to stay in and cook for myself, which is why I go self-catering, but I get the impression most people eat in the wonderful restaurants nearby, so the kitchen utensils were a bit limited.
