Great location positioned between the Cathedral and the Royal Alcazar, so both are within a couple of minutes walk. It’s in a pedestrian area so you have to be dropped off in one of the Plazas nearby. All the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. It’s a boutique hotel so the decor is traditional with some modern features. Toiletries are provided in the room but not those advertised on Booking.com website.

Robe and slippers are provided but you have to ask for them. Only 3 sun beds on the roof terrace 1 of which was broken and couldn’t be used and I couldn’t understand why cleaning staff kept putting it back? We had breakfast on our last morning for convenience. It was €17 per person and wasn’t worth it. The cooked elements of the breakfast were all cold. The hotel restaurant is a separate concern operated by a third party.

All of it. A little gem in the middel of Santa Cruz. Staff was amazing. There is a terrace with an astonishing view and a little inner coutyard where you can have coffe, breakfast or a drink. They serve high tea at 17.00 for free (delicious) and the breakfast however it is not include it is sure worth it!

Accommodation was excellent, the room was a very good size, the bed was enormous and extremely comfortable. Our room also had a private roof terrace, which whilst it didn't have the most outstanding views, was very unexpected and welcome.

Breakfast wasn't particularly to my liking, very continental, but then i suppose that's to be expected, and my partner loved it. Coffee came from an automated machine and was acceptable, but it could have been so much nicer if it had been hand made.

First of all, Joaquin gave above exceptional service. If there is employee of the month, he should get this. Thank you! You made my first impression of Sevilla a very nice one. Second, the hotel has a pool, AC (perfect for 30+ weather), and it is feet away from restaurants, shops, the giralda/cathedral/real alcazar (but without all the noise of bars, etc). I very much enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone traveling for a few days. Other few nice things to mention: A rooftop pool, terrace, view of the city/cathedral, relatively modern inside, good location.

The bed was a bit too soft (for my personal preference).

I wish there were more lounge chairs and fewer cafe tables on the roof deck. More lounge chairs could be added on the left side and a wall of plants to separate them from the cafe tables for the bar area

This is all about the location. Directly in the historic area nearby all attractions. We were able to walk everywhere. The hotel is looking great and offer good service. There is a wonderful quiet terrace with a pool (but not heated) on the rooftop. Of course there is noise as you are in the historic area with full of tourist and plenty of church bell ringing which is not the hotel fault but it worth to consider it if you want a long morning sleep.

The room is looking great but the pillow were not the most comfortable. The breakfast in way below the expectation for Spain so I would not recommend to take it if you have the option. The room was not fully dark with the shades.

The staff went above and beyond to help during my stay. The location was great, convenient for the old town, and I was happy that there was a pool on the roof! The building was lovingly restored and it looked very stylish. The air conditioning worked well.

I would have liked it if the rooms were more scented - an orange oil smell in the rooms would be lovely. This is a historic building so I think it would make a nice difference.

Beautiful boutique hotel, spacious and comfortable room and a great pool! The room on the ground floor is stunning and everything feels luxurious. And the location is perfect, in beautiful Santa Cruz and close to everything. Highly recommend.

As the room is next to the entry and reception, it can get a bit noisy, especially when people come back to the hotel from a night out.

Nice hotel with really excellent location in the heart of the Santa Cruz district. Room was both clean and comfortable with the reception staff friendly. Can't comment on breakfast as we chose to eat out each day.

Roof pool unfortunately looked to be under repair but probably wasn't required in early March! Also, the shower temperature was mediocre, which might be fine in the heart of summer although we could have done with more heat for early spring.
