I liked the early check in, the room and the lady at the check in, she helped me looking for an available room instead of waiting for my suite. Also, she helped me with the expending machine. I checked in close to noon, I didn't ask her name but she did a great customer service.

The bathroom door because the bathroom is too small and an inside door that connects to mine room with the other room next to me because this guy were smoking and Im allergic. Also, the light being my bed were on all night long, I didn't know how to turn off

The Friendly staff and convenience of location

Room floors were soiled and were not walkable with out house shoes!!! The room was very nice for the price. I wish we would have stayed at this hotel our entire week. We moved to the Tru Hiton which was a fancier hotel but not worth the price.

I cannot say we were disappointed with anything, there was a hall light burned out but it did not bother us, We had a walk in closet that was useless for us but someone else might have found that very usefull. Bigger towels would always be a plus in hotels like this but you should know what your getting when staying at the lower end priced hotels. This was one of the best for its price range.

It would have been nice to be located near the back where there is alot of grass since I was traveling with a dog but thankfully I did get ground floor as requested. Being so close to the airport planes could be heard most the night. The front desk lady was exceptionally nice and accommodating. Very pleasant- hotel is lucky to have her.

i loved the setup of the room. it was clean. it had a full size fridge. and it was down the street from our event. i was truly surprised it didnt give roach motel at all. i would stay here again.

it just was close to the hjghway and there was alot of bumping from rooms next door

There were some problems with the room when I arrived. The locking mechanism on the door was malfunctioning and the TV was as well. Sarah, the desk clerk was extremely helpful and immediately arranged to have me moved. The remainder of my stay was peaceful with no issues.

Service, cleanliness

Very quite place. Very nice people upfront at the desk. I love the housekeeping ladies they are so sweet. There's restaurants and stores all in the area. They charge $10 a day for pets. I highly recommend this place to anyone. It has refrigerator and microwave. No breakfast. But I love this place. Oh and great prices on rooms.

Front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient and close to Kentucky Kingdom, where we were going. Air conditioning worked great.

It could have been cleaner. There were hairs in the bathtub, a used dirty rag over the side of the bathtub, hairs on the toilet seat, and hairs in the bed.

Good location next to the Expo center, easy check-in. Rooms were cleaned daily and staff was friendly.

No continental breakfast, first room’s door would not deadbolt but we were quickly moved to a new room. None of the doors seal well so you can hear everything outside as if the door is open. The place is still under construction however.

The location was perfect & easy walking to the Expo Center. My kids loved watching the planes since they flew right over the hotel. It was an easy drive to restaurants & Aldi. The full size fridge in the room was a pleasant surprise.
