What a lovely hotel we came up from Kent for a music weekender and booked into Woodhouse farm there was 7 of us and we had booked 4 rooms all together and we were all very happy the rooms are lovely and clean the beds are comfortable the tea and coffee well stocked. Our solo friend had the biggest room which has a balcony and a lovely view the rest of us were in the annex and those rooms are very new and very nice breakfast was lovely and a goog selection all the staff we met were lovely and very accommodating we would definitely stay here again

Don't think I found any downsides to this place

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The shower room was adequate, the water pressure good. The breakfast choices were reasonable and dining facilities adequate. The pool we enjoyed on a number of occasions.

This is the first hotel that we have stayed in (and we have stayed in many around the world), that did not have a phone in the room, so if you wanted to communicate with the reception for instance, you had to walk there. In addition there was not any toilet roll holder or brush, provided in the shower room.

I must start by saying, that this Farm lodge is an absolute must if you’re looking for somewhere to stay. I can’t recommend and praise this place, and staff, enough. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, I was treated superbly. I booked in for a massage, and wrongly I judged on how cheap it was for a full body. It was possibly one of the best I’ve had to date. Everyone went out of their way you cater to everything I needed, and we’re all so friendly. If I’m this way again, I will, without a doubt, book this little gem again. Keep doing what you’re doing everyone. It’s perfect 😊

Good location, easy to find as just off the main road. Lovely looking building and great views from some of the rooms over fields. Friendly staff. Comfy bed and nice spacious rooms with everything you need. Looks like some of it has recently been refurbished so nice and fresh.

No air conditioning in the rooms. Swimming pool has to be booked in advanced, you cannot just go for a swim when you choose. Although the location main road makes it easy to find, family members reported they were woken up by the road early in the morning. No curtains in the room, only venetian blinds, which did not do much to block out the early morning light.

Absolutely loved everything! the hotel and staff couldn't do enough for us ! the room was wonderful. spotless. spacious and very comfortable. was luxurious! we could have stayed forever! a place that will live in our hearts forever! thank you to each and everyone of you that made us welcome. love you all!

Ordered an evening meal from the bar when we received this meal it was not hot it was Luke, warm.and expensive for what it was and looked like a microwave meal. I did mention this to the staff. Also, a few cobwebs around the bedroom . The shower room was a bit on the small side. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean and airy with all the facilities needed. The full English breakfast in the morning was just what we needed, there was also an option of just cereal. We were there for a family wedding and reception staff were more happy to arrange a taxi to and from the venue for us. The decor of the hotel is very modern in a beautiful old style farmhouse and farm land.

The breakfast room was very warm but I don’t think that could be helped as the room is next to the swimming pool.

The staff made us very welcome. Very friendly. Explain where everything was around the hotel. The food was lovely. We would definitely go to this hotel again.

The food was really good. But if you want the steak you need to give 24 hrs noticed. May be a good idea to show food menu on the website.

Very friendly staff . The building was lovely . Room was clean and good size . The balcony and pool were both appreciated to combat the heat

To ventilate the room needed to open all windows during night so it was very noisy but this was exceptionally hot weather and would not put us off returning

Room was very large light and airy plenty of storage if you were staying for a week or two, bathroom was lovely plenty of hot water the shower was really nice, plus you are able to adjusted the temperature in the room to your own liking.

We were warned before hand that if we did not order the breakfast we wanted the night before there would be a waite of approx. 30 mins as all the food is cooked fresh, not a problem as it gives you time to find where things are in the dining room settle in and have the fist cup of coffee or tea, but there was rumblings from other guests that they had been sat there for 45 to 50 mins. I did not look what time we went in but it did seem a long waite. When the breakfast came it was very nice apart from the eggs they were well overdone & the mushrooms were cold.
