Keyless entry details were not communicated to us. Fortunately someone was leaving the building when we arrived so we could get in

Lovely clean hotel, excellent location, small fridge in the room which is a good idea, 2 kitchens if you want to make anything with dining area, lovely and clean kitchen area, everything you could possibly need in there, lounge area, pool table, stayed there last weekend enjoyed ourselves so much went back weekend just gone. Preferred the room first time round because we were on 1st floor and not joined onto the hotel next door, we were on 4th floor this time, gorgeous view though.

The hotel next door had some very noisy guests and our room was too close, that bad I thought they were in the room with us, car park could do with a good sweep, broken glass as though a car window had been smashed, bit off putting.

I've stayed here a lot of times, I've never had a problem with it ever, it seems to just get better and better everytime I stay,I always request the sea view rooms, they are my favourite, so the view is beautiful of the beach, bed is always comfortable, staff are always pleasant and lovely, it's always clean. I love they have a kitchen, there is a area with a pool table, sofa, darts and dining area which is absolutely ideal. My favourite place to stay if I'm honest. Love love it. Thank you xx

Nothing to NOT like.

Excellent bedroom with sea views, Mostly clean and comfortable with a kitchen next door we could use, very good price - would recommend

All remote access -key pad entry to doors. The kitchen was in need of a good clean and table and worktops sticky, Dirty cushions on the bed with stains ugh

Location, clean and comfortable

Couldn’t open window - room was hot Microwave didn’t work Plug socket on right hand side of bed could not be used - the other one to where lamp was plugged in. Parking was difficult even though the hotel had secured a permit for us - seemed to be vehicles - mainly contractors vans parked in the permit spaces.

The location in the close proximity to a comfortable beach, and the general vibe of the place. Two separate kitchens at each floor, equipped with everything you may need. Ideal for calm rest. The bus stop is within a minute walk.

The Internet speed should have been faster, but anyway, it worked.

Room felt a bit damp with a faint smell of stale smoke. Parking on-site was extremely limited, just 4 or 5 spaces.

I liked the two kitchens. self catering is the only option in the hotel which was fine by me. there was also a fridge in the room. It was very quiet, the views were amazing. The bus stop to get to Hartlepool is a few steps away.

There wasn't always hot water.

We stayed in Room 10 - this had a large bay window which offers views of Seaton Carew beach. The room had everything we needed and was immaculate. The shower was great- good water pressure - mentioning this because this has been criticised in other reviews. We didn't use the kitchen but had a look and there was everything anyone could need.

The only issue was a pervasive smell of drains in the shower room.

Check in was smooth with the codes given. I requested a high floor room and was given that.The room was clean and there was even water in the Fridge.The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to prepare a meal or snack.The view was fantastic-on the seafront.

I would have liked a Decaf coffee sachet.
