We had an exceptional seven-night stay at the Conrad! Every aspect of our visit was outstanding, from the welcoming doorman to the efficient reception, attentive room service, delicious buffet breakfast, and access to the executive lounge, which offered an impressive mini dinner spread. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Conrad. Special thanks to Kedarnath and the entire team for their outstanding service. Weke at the reception was particularly helpful in arranging our taxi booking. Congratulations to the entire team for creating a wonderful experience! And the entire staff is very kind and helpful and special thanks to them. Conrad hotel Bengaluru allowed me early check in without extra charge thats made me feel more than happy. The Ulsoor lake view from the room was amazing, the welcome juice and fruit it’s highly appreciated, breakfast so delicious, the room comfortable and clean. Every thing has exceeded my expectation.

excellent continental breakfast and hot breakfast options, the bread is actually good and not just barely edible, great fruit and juices and a nice open and large space with good ventilation - does not feel cramped or crowded with comfy chairs. The lifts are also efficient and no long queues waiting to go up or down. Business guests are checked into different corridors to families to extremely quiet and superb for work or resting in the room.

The towels are treated with some kind of softener which makes them non-absorbent and squishy. Not the best drying experience. Also incessant music in all the restaurants, the lobby, by the pool. Annoying.

Breakfast was great with a variety of options and they would even cater to special dish requests and serve accordingly which is remarkable. Room had a splendid view of the city and Ulsoor lake. Special mention to Clebert for assistance us with itinerary plans, doing a few local errands and patiently explaining locations as well as Akshay for giving us a complimentary late checkout and access to the lounge as compensation for the driver not being able to find us and pick us up from the railway station.

An AC controller which is easier for guests to use would have been better. The room temperature controller they had was confusing for us in terms of its effects as we couldn't figure out when its off or on because the air would remain cold.

The doorman to the front reception and concierge was exceptional. The wait staff at breakfast were so helpful. Special mention to Komal, at reception who gave us our entire itinerant- for tourist travelling first time to Bengaluru. She was patient and generously gave up her time. Clebhert Pinto, was so helpful when we needed assistance with luggage and freshening up even after we checked out. Indra Singh Rawat the chef, made the best Thai dish and even remade mine when I found it too spicy- and was so happy when we loved the remade order- it was exceptional service. This is the best hotel experience we have ever had and we travel Around the world regularly. Well done to every single staff that worked on the week of 7-11 of July.

I had such a wonderful stay , the stuff it’s amazing and super fried especially Komal from reception. They were super nice and they even upgraded me for free to a suite fact that made my stay even more comfortable. Rooms are very clean, spacious, comfortable and beautiful . Spa was very good and They have a very nice Asian Restaurant downstairs with delicious food . Next time when I’m in Bangalore or travel around I will definitely choose Conrad . Thank you for offering a very pleasant stay !

Everything was very good

It’s located in a great part of the city, very close to MG Road and Church Street with good cafes/restaurants and shopping options. The staff were very courteous and helpful, they upgraded us to a high floor room as well as mended some torn garments that we had given for laundry free of charge.

The swimming pool was not available during our stay due to ongoing renovations. The breakfast buffet options were also the same every day which got a little boring after a while

I always prefer conrad when in Bangalore. Rooms are neat and clean and friendly staff. Easy check-in. Breakfast is best part in this hotel, With so many variety and yummy food. Best view from the room and climate was so complementing our leisure stay. Rooms are very fresh each day, Room services are top notch. Reception has lot of staffs to help our needs. Overall a great place in Bangalore for staycation. Highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is near the city . The hotel overall is clean and the services provided is good too

The breakfast spread is boring as constantly the food is the same since I have stay for a week there. On top of that, the executive lounge is the same, everyday serving same breakfast. I have visiting other hotel that at the executive lounge there is an option of mini menu that allows guest to order some hot snacks

Central location by MG road, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms fully stocked with travel essentials, kettle, coffee, wine glasses and safe. Good restaurant options and awesome breakfast. Utterly phenomenal customer service- that was the real highlight of this place! From the doorman, to restaurant staff, reception and cleaning support crew- kind and knowledgeable people with exceptional customer service skills.
