Great location, very comfortable beds, very clean.

The fact that they hold $100 deposit on your account. It's been 2 days it's still not released from my bank

The room was very clean and the cleaning staff maintained it that way throughout our stay.

I specifically chose this hotel because it had free breakfast in the morning. But breakfast was only available until 9 AM. Therefore, if you are on vacation and want to sleep in you will miss breakfast. The one day that I did make it to breakfast, the food was very tasty and fresh. It would have been nice if breakfast was available until 10 AM.

I wasn't into breakfast.room was spacious snd great. The staff was great to let me the one that needed extra coffee or didn't need room service every day. All my questions were answered and helpful. The pillows were the only thing I didn't care for but it was still excellent

Pillows. Usually bring my own every whrre I travel, so no offense to yours.

Room was clean, didn’t look like it was decorated in the 90s, and the free breakfast was tasty!

I might have missed it in the booking paperwork, but I was surprised by the additional $100 safety deposit (supposedly refundable - haven’t seen it refunded yet but we just left today) that they required at check in. This was in addition to the room which we’d already paid for before arrival.

We really enjoyed the comfortability of the bed, water temp, the variety in breakfast, the grass patio area, & the close proximity to downtown.

The gym was outdated, and equipment needs maintenance. A small rack of dumbbells up to 45-50lbs, an adjustable bench, and a new bike or treadmill would be perfect. And could replace everything in there at the moment.

Easy to find and good location to places to eat. My children loved the grass “park/sitting” area between the buildings for the animals and a place to just be outdoors for a while instead of inside. They ran around and played and burned off energy after a 5 hour car ride. It was very well kept and very clean.

The front side of the building was on the main highway and noisy. Fortunately, there was a cancellation, and we were given the option of a different room on the opposite side and could not hear the highway noises at all.

Check in was friendly and quick. The property has been recently renovated, and my room was comfortable and clean. My room was also very quiet (and it was a Saturday night.) The room included a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and coffee maker. There were more than enough linens, as well.

The bed was firmer than I like, but not uncomfortable. Also, the coffee provided in the room didn’t fit in the coffee maker so it made a little bit of a mess. Neither of those two things were more than a minor inconvenience

Good Location… close to the Freeways. Next to a gas station.

Some things you can’t change… Parking lot(s) are hilly… not the best if you are disabled. The bathroom light-switch is behind to door. Didn’t particularly like the window shade… had to put it all the way down for privacy; then it’s too dark for the morning, wake up to daylight.

Allison at the front desk was excellent and solved a problem that originated with booking.com. Allison went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Could not compliment her enough.

The toilet seat was missing an attachment bolt. The coffee maker was missing the tray and not able to make coffee in the room.

Property location very convenient, clean tidy property. Lobby clean and smelled fresh. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, beds comfortable, floors so-so, and ok continental breakfast. Got to get down early before it’s all gone 6-9am. right next door is gas station.
