Overall, everything is fine.

The shower is small for a standard room and the water does not circulate properly, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, it is unclear.

The greatest thing about this hotel is the staff, they are just very helpful and kind trying to understand and provide the guest's needs. The rooms are equipped with a flat screen and a mini bar.The location is at the center of Naama bay facilities,and the private beach is nice.

Lack of maintenance as to the bathroom and the furniture which made the room look old. The walking distance to the private beach is around 15 min with no shuttle bus.

I really liked the serive! When we asked they delevired. They staff always helped us when we needed help. The room was big and good, with a nice wiew over gienna city. And the cleaning staff ( Ahmad and Mohammed ) was so good. They cleaned out perfectly everytime, wile they also gave us good service, and was alyas so helpfull. We also liked that the animation team always had something planed out for the guest, both young and old. There were planned out club trips, to a very good price but also entertaiment and dance. So nice

The breakfast buffet could have more options i think.

I had a fantastic month-long stay! The value for money is unbeatable in Sharm El-Sheikh, having explored many other options. Osama's exceptional management and customer care truly stand out. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the friendly pool attendant fostered a welcoming atmosphere. The all-inclusive drinks selection, while limited, was sufficient, and the food quality surpassed expectations. Despite some repetition with extended stays, the hotel actively tries to diversify the menu. The overall cleanliness, friendly staff, and superb management make this my top choice, and I can't wait to return for my fifth visit!

While my stay was wonderful, some minor improvements could include expanding the gym equipment and offering a wider variety of evening entertainment.

I booked for a budget place , but at arrival this hotel seems to offer a five star bed ! I was happily surprised with the high quality , I did not have a room with pool view but my room was mosquito free, so I decided to not ask for a change to room with view. The hotel is at a convenient short walk distance to beach bars and centre shops. The pool is a big plus , it is beautiful ,. it makes the stay more special. I have to mention that the free breakfast was impressive. unlimited food with so much choice and plates and all kinds of healthy vegetable choices as well. very well organized to make the customer feel most convenient as possible. An absolute great choice this hotel. Also I want to say as a tip to other travelers: There are more beaches in the city area but the distances to these beaches are too far for a short walk, however this hotel was close to the Nama bay beach area , which I think is the best beach in town. All in one I think this hotel was the best choice, the price , the quality bed , the location.

It was my first arrival ever in Egypt so I had no idea that you need to tip everyone that is trying to help you for anything, bringing you from check in to the room to show you the front door and bathroom , cleaning up the room in the morning, getting a towel at the pool, etc. I am not used to that service. Because I can easily walk to the room myself. and my room does not have to be cleaned each day , while I am all day outside anyway. But interesting to see this service while I am not asking for it. There is only wifi at the reception , but there is plenty of convenient room there to sit around for wifi in the large hall. I felt like I was the only person not smoking in the hotel , I could smell the cigarettes each time when I pass the reception area.

Location is near everything … near by sandy beach and good food served … the pool is wonderful.

Everything compared to prices is very good . Stuff very polite especially housekeeping ahmed hassan and respication I was happy and will come again

No iron ,water heater for tea at the room, and u have to pay extra money to rent water heater from respication. The air extractor was not working at my room, and the bad smell came from the toilet

Amazing. The Hospitality was EXTRAORDINARY. Their staffs were so kind, gentle, humble, helpful and cordial (Specially- Mr. Mohammed, Ahammad, Osama & Zakaria). I stayed there 7 Nights from April 10 to 17 at Room: 1120, I will surely come here again InShaAllah as well as I must say that those tasty Traditional Egyptian Foods from Hotel's Palm Restaurant can never be forgotten. My Wife Aysha & I are definitely recommending everyone as an international frequent traveller to get a truly authentic mind-blowing experience by staying in Falcon Naama Star Hotel, Sharmelsheikh.

If you want 5 star don't book. I loved this hotel. Basic, cheap, clean. I was only BnB, which was best for me. I needed a clean bed, a shower, and a pool. oh, and some sun obviously:-) The actual hotel is basic, but it suits my needs. It was all the brilliant staff that made the stay so enjoyable as a solo traveller. They made me feel welcome and couldn't do enough for me. Osama, the restaurant manager, was so helpful, even got me a kettle for my room, at a small cost, even sent coffee, teabags sugar to the room with the kettle. I was greeted for breakfast each day with a warm welcome. Hatem, Meta, and Khalid manage the pool area, use of clean towels every day. They made me laugh, feel comfortable, and sooo helpful each day. Couldn't do enough for me. Always smiling and willing to help where they could. There are too many other staff to mention. But it's the staff that make the hotel. They ALL work so hard, always a smile, and so respectful. It's definitely worth a visit, definitely. I made a mistake with my last booking at the end of my stay, but it was no problem for reception staff to help and sort it out at no extra cost to myself. The hotel is a great location in Naama Bay, and I have a little walk into the shops and restaurants. Great big pool, cold but lovely in the sun. If your negative and any little fault is a big deal, again, I'd say don't book. If you want a base that's centrally located, clean, and have a load of staff who make you feel like family and do anything to make your stay a good one, this hotel is the one. For the cheap price I paid for here, it was worth it to stay longer. I'd definitely recommend it, and I will definitely return.

Big room but lil outdated. wardrobe door was broken. Smoking in the little bar area shouldn't be allowed. I'm a smoker, but walking through that confined space to go to the little shop in hotel was horrible at night with the smoke in there. Hot water was hit and miss sometimes.

The room I stayed in had a beautiful balcony looking over the pool, the room it self was clean with house keeping attending to it everyday. All staff were very friendly and helped with anything I needed, I used the pool and out door area every morning, the pool is very clean they play music and have water activities, great atmosphere and vibes! You can order drinks or food while outside on your sun bed. Had breakfast daily at the hotel bar & everything they served was delicious! Location is good 10min walk from beach and everything else is near
