The hotel left a good impression. The food is at the highest level. The staff is friendly and helpful in resolving issues. The Aquapark works and gives a good impression.

Despite the majority of cultured Ukrainian and European tourists, unfortunately, there are wild and aggressive russian tourists who constantly drink alcohol and scare children with their behavior. I was also surprised by the Hotel, including russian aggressive music at evening children's programs (especially noticeable with the participation of a russian blonde animator, see photo). Also, negative russian music was constantly played during lunch on the coral beach. Please remove this music, it is associated with war, terrorism and violence, which is unacceptable on the resort.

Rooms are clean and newer than before , pools are very good , the food was good but the dessert sometime good sometime no , Animation team amazaing , bar stuff some of them are good and some of them are rude , vibes and shows indeed i will come again as usual🥰

Some of the bar stuff and doesn't treat arab guests good as they treat non arabic speakers , it was really a disaster they treat arabs very not good at all. Unless you speak english they serve you and treat you well !!!!

I liked service, hotel staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. I especially liked the room service (sometimes it gave us fruits and the cleaning guy was polite and he did the great job, everyday). The food was good (not delicious but still tasty), large selection of food (don't forget to check food outside, on veranda). Everyday events (different types of events). Aqua park is good and free. A lot of pools with exceptionally clean water (a couple of times I thought there was no water in the pool because it was very clean and water was perfectly transparent). Note that temperatures in pools are different (some pools are heated). Very comfortable beds (I have back pain, so it means a lot to me).

Furniture used to be great but now some closets may creak (beds are still great). Movies are only in arabic in the hotel's cinema. Fitness was not good : the trainers are old (not well maintained) and some of the trainers don't work.

Nice buffet Aqua Decent staff.. except some of the BBQ cheifs they seemed very Wierd.. Staring for no reason as if they said go away 🤣🤣even ibefore u ask any thing 🤣It was a funny issue to talk about... I had to tough my voice so they adjust their way...😅😅They attitude looks dumb but funny .. Thx for the aqua team they are good.. Except the young one at the kids slide.. He was in another planet... The theater was perfect.. The night show was very nice.. All in all The staff are kind.. Again Special Tx for Ms. Enji, Mr Ahmed, Kareem and hashim

Great hotel and I’ve believe this has been built long time ago and I can see visible wear and tear. Very good service in the main reception and in all drinks bars .Great night manager👍.

Restaurant manager behaves poorly with his staff. This should be changed . I have noticed tips given to staff been handed over to senior guys. So much food wasted by every one. Simple notice eat as much you like please don’t waste the food. Can be given to people on the street!!!

I booked the premier hotel but was upgraded to parkland hotel. The facilities are the same for both and you can access both hotels restaurants and pools as if all one hotel. My room was beautiful. I stayed on the lower floor and had a room overlooking the pool. The restaurant is fantastic. There were no issues with food on any day and the chefs go above and beyond to help make sure you have everything you need, even if it is not available. Chef Ajman and Chef Ahmed are a credit to the hotel. The housekeeping team that looked after my room were very attentive to the needs of the guests. Kareem and Ramy worked tirelessly, every day to clean my room and make sure it was perfect! Anything I needed was never too much trouble. Every bar you visit, you are met with a smile. Bass, Mina, Bishoy, Ashtaf and everyone else who serves us endless drinks… thank you! Bishoy… you are a very talented man with oranges and lemons. Caroline and Diana you are a credit to the hotel and help to make sure we are all ok!

There is absolutely nothing I could say to fault the hotel in any way.

We had so much fun during our vacation and would like to thank all the staff for being very friendly, helpful and honest.. we would like to specially thank Ahmed and George from the reception, Madonna from the guest relations, Bavly and Mohamed Elashmawy from the Pharaohs restaurant, Mohamed Elsayed Kamal from Housekeeping, Ahmed Elhosseiny Pool/Towels attendant, Ayman, Sameh and Abdallah from the Sandy beach bar, Magdy and Shaker from Concierge, and Boulus from the waterpark pool.. we definitely forgot some amazing names but will remember them in our next visit.. Cheers!!

The hotel grounds are quite compact, and our room was bright and spacious. The hotel staff (with a few exceptions) were pleasant, willing to communicate, and ready to help. The food in the restaurant was quite varied and, most importantly, delicious. I would rate the work of the animators as neutral. I hardly saw them during the day, only in the evening at the shows. This can be seen as both a plus and a minus.

Some staff members openly hinted at tips, which was unpleasant. The room cleaning was not very thorough; for instance, the balcony was not cleaned at all. Additionally, with each cleaning, fewer towels were left.

Location is great, very near to th able airport. The resort is spacious and very clean.

The room has air conditioning and a cunning, a Jacuzzi, a huge bed with a comfortable mattress, we slept very well! The bathroom has all the necessary supplies, high-quality cleaning and towels every day, water and other supplies. There's a kettle, coffee tea, and the refrigerator works great. The room also has a ruproslprut workplace, a flat TV with many international channels, and free Internet! The hotel's food is diverse, suitable for children, adults, vegetarians, lovers of Mediterranean cuisine. The water park found a lasting impression, it's just amazing! Heated pools were a great plus to relaxation. Convenient beach transfer with beautiful corral Awesome hotel! This is the first visit, there are only positive memories!
