I have stayed in many hotels but this is the best I have had. The room was very comfortable and clean and everything worked asit should . The cleaners always came every day asking if room needed cleaning. Water was always replenished everyday. The reception staff were the fantastic and helpful. Also gave complimentary refreshments. This hotel is best service I have recieved and highly recommend.

Everything was perfect

The staff was very friendly and treated the customer with great respect. On the first night of January, when we were guests at the hotel, the staff invited us to join their party, which was very valuable to us. The location was also good. The breakfast was delicious and every day was different from the previous day. In the end, I am glad I chose this hotel for our stay.

I would like to leave my feedback regarding my latest stay. The stuff welcomed us with warmth and were very polite and professional, specially manager Anna , her attentiveness made us feel valued as guest .The room is nice and clean ! Room service everyday. Breakfast has all necessary things with quite diverse selection .

Very friendly and clean hotel, i felt welcome and they treated me good. Especially receptionist Mary helped me very well. She knows very much about the job and her english is perfect. whenever i needed help she was there for me. I want to thank her for making everything more comfortable for me. :) also the cleaning staff are so lovely. very good people and whenever they saw me they had a big smile. my room was always very well cleaned!

Modern new hotel, the spacious rooms apartament suite, available parking places, a little bit far from center, but also far from trafic jam (no problem with cheap taxi), high level of cleanliness, kind and professional Staff, good breakfast till 11 AM, the attractive price, thank you for hospitality - we felt like at home!

Breakfast was OK even if the choice was a bit limited. Room was spacious and bed were comfortable. The lift worked well and the best was view on the Mt. Ararat from the hotel room window. The rooms facing towards the yard were quiet until the workers started at 8 am construction work.

We knew that the hotel was a bit outside the city centre and we had to use taxi to reach hotel, otherwise it was not on the bus/metro route. The shower did not have a protection grid on the floor, but it was not dangerous.

I had an amazing stay! The hotel room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. Also, the breakfast was good. It wasn’t a buffet, maybe because of the low season, but they still prepared eggs, sausages, some veggies, cheese, yogurt, and a muffin. If I could, I’d give it 20 stars! Highly recommended!

The breakfasts and the food from the menu were very tasty, homemade-style. The food at the breakfasts were not so much varied, but you can choose something for sure: cottage cheese (1 kind), porridge (1 kind), bread (2-3 kinds), sliced cheese and ham (1-2 kinds of each), instant coffee, black tea, some desserts (2-3 kinds), sliced oranges and kiwis and apples, sliced cucumbers and tomatoes; sausages, mineral water, 2 kinds of packed juices, eggs, pancakes. The cleanness of rooms were perfect, the staff were so much kind and helpful in any questions! Thank you so much for such a care about the guests!

The location (this is not the city center, but the street has some small grocery and first-need goods shops in 10 minutes walk from the hotel). There were not any cafes close to the hotel, but they are not necessary with the quality and price of food in the hotel! You can hear the voices and any noise from the corridor and from the next room (we heard he woman singing while she was taking the shower in the next room). The opposite way it works too - everybody in the corridor can hear you speaking in your room. The smell of cigarettes in the room during the whole night and sometimes during daytime, although the hotel is for non-smoking people, but the staff smoke.

If you plan to be in the center of Yerevan, it's not the place. Also, they have some issue with water pressure, it switches between hot and cold when someone else is opening the water in another room.
