Good location near the train station, very clean and comfortable room with a great view of the town. Didn't know it was self-check in but the process was quick and painless. There's a Japanese restaurant inside that also works as reception and provides refreshments and information that was open until late, which was especially useful as the football fans came back late and hungry from the game and most restaurants were closed.

The room service robot, while cool, took too long. Ordered it at night, was told it would show up in 15 minutes, and then got woken up by it when it finally came in the morning.

Brilliant location. Just around the corner from the train station and the town centre. Great transport links. Clean and tidy hotel. Rooms are cosy but perfectly formed for a short stay. I really like the decor throughout, with it's Japanese/ industrial style. Helpful staff, but there is also a self check in desk which is very handy. Bar on site with some sitting outside. There is also a place to eat. The bed was super comfortable. Quality pillows and covers. Brilliant shower also.

Very pretty hotel with beautiful room views right next to the train station, so convenient when getting off a long train ride.

Kept emailing me in advance to insist on self check in online. Ended up doing self check in when I arrived anyway at a self help desk. Just a bit of a nuisance for no reason for a nice hotel, they should be happy to check you in at reception in my opinion to avoid the spam emails.

Breakfast food was great. Sauna was beautiful. Beds were super comfortable, and the tech in the room was great (chrome cast, etc). Would stay again.

Coffee at breakfast could be self-service, can take quite a while to receive and you cannot get a second coffee. I had to wait for front-desk staff, and they always seemed a bit annoyed that I was there (asking for iron or about extending my stay).

This new hotel is within walking distance of the station the rooms are very well appointed even if a bit small. The staff were friendly and flexible with the check-in and the check-out times and the coffee machine in the room was bonus. There was plenty of room for a single person staying in the room and the desk space was more than adequate.

Very new hotel with amazing Japanese style breakfast (also European breakfast options available) It is super close to the train station and has a beautiful view on St Gallen from hotel rooms. We didn't know initially what to expect as there were no reviews yet (the hotel opened on July 14), but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and affordable price. The hotel also has a finished sauna that all guests can use, and soon there will be a Japanese style hot tub!

Only five minutes from the station. Provided as part of the room rate free local bus travel. Very attentive and engaging staff throughout. Free use of spa facilities and roof terrace.

The hotel is very clean, modern and very comfortable. It exceed my expectations. The staff is very attentive.

The breakfast is more Germany breakfast. It could be an international one. But, anyway, it is a good breakfast.
